"On a Saturday afternoon, I met with a couple of friends (and their dog) for lunch on the Hooters patio. Our Hooters Girl was prompt in all aspects of her job. We had a special request for food for the dog (grilled chicken with no sauce or seasonings) and they did that well even chopped it into small pieces. As for my food I had my standard Hooters fare of a Buffalo Chicken Sandwich with cheese and curly fries as the side. All of our food was brought to the table in a timely manner, and we all enjoyed our meals and our pleasant time of conversation on a sunny afternoon."

Food was good but service slow.. even for Hooters standards of slow. Our tab could have been much higher.

We had to wait for a long time to be seated (16 people) but once we were at our table, the waitress provided excellent service. Thank you for a great experience.

Horrible experience! Apparently, if you’re the wrong ethnicity, you get shotty attention. Others were smothered with whatever they needed while others got wrong Orders and cold food. Never again will me and my friend enter those doors. View menu

Stopped by to watch basketball tournament and lots of sports fans and TV's. Had an appetizer and some draft Red Oak. The fried pickles were lightly breaded and the sauce was tasty. Our bartender was the real deal. The only criticism was we could not get the menu to scan and no printed menus to be had.

Service is horrible. Waited for 5 mins to be seated. Waited another 10 minutes for a waitress to even asked have I been helped. I said no, the waitress said she'll send someone to my table and then she walked away. Waited another 10 minutes, seen about 5 waitress just walking around like a chicken with their head cut off. I end up leaving. I'd rated it a 0 if I could.

I absolutely love the food at Hooters and have always had great experiences. The waitresses have never made me feel uncomfortable with their outfits or behavior. You won't find the same kind of Hooters you see in other locations, as the waitresses here are wearing thong string bikinis and there is a security guard on site. This unique experience can only be found at the Hooters in Greensboro. View menu

They had a sign that said to wait to be seated, so me and my friend waited for over 10 minutes while the waitresses all stayed behind the bar. We watched as one customer got up and refilled her own drink behind the wait station. There was absolutely no greeting or anything. I absolutely love the Hooters on Gateway in Concord, so I was hoping to really enjoy this one since I moved up here, but it was a major let down to the company as a whole. I will not be back.

Terrible food experience. The server was nice though. I ordered ten smoked wings, all flats. 15 minutes later I was told the smoker was broken and they can't do all flats. I ask about majority flats she says that's fine. She returned 10 minutes later stating they didn't have any flats period (wtf? and hands me a menu. I end up ordering tenders and fries which I didn't want. They come out fast but the rest of my party has to wait an addition 25 minutes for their food!!! This was a very unpleasant experience and we won't be back.
