"Horrible service, our server Karissa did little to nothing servicing our table. One person ordered an appetizer for their meal to eat with the others and stated to please bring it with all the regular food orders. Karissa brought the order out as anappetizer 15 minutes before all the other food came out. One person asked for no cheese on their sandwich, and then the sandwichcame out with cheese melted on it. Karissa never asked how food was, never asked if drinks needed refills, never asked if wewanted dessert, never cleaned our empty plates off the table and on and on. Never thanked us for choosing to go there, spend ourmoney there, which we will NEVER do again! If you read the other poor reviews here, they all center around poor service and badwaitresses. Then the owner sends the exact canned response to everyone with no effort to resolve anyone's issues, just the old hope you give us another chance response. Owners: please don't respond, we're not coming back and will tell as many friendsand family to avoid this place and our experience."

Gave it a 4 star only cause the staff was friendly! Took over an hour for food to come out and they were not even busy. Took 30 minutes for bartender to make 2 drinks.

Asked 3 different people to tend to us in a span of 30mins- we were sitting outside in the patio. Ordered, got our food and our order wasn?t even right ???? why do we have such a bad experience here every time.

The food was good, but the service was terrible. The waitstaff seemed disinterested, as we waited for 20 minutes without anyone coming to take our drink orders. Even after we informed the manager, nothing improved. Ultimately, we decided to leave. View menu

I requested no salt on the pretzels, but they arrived loaded with salt. I also ordered chili cheese fries, but they didn’t include the cheese, and I wasn’t informed about it. The DoorDash driver was the one who had to let me know. It was quite disappointing.

Typically, this place offers a great experience, but during my last visit, Lots a Tots was missing sour cream. Additionally, the restaurant lost our order, and our delivery driver had to talk to the manager to sort it out. Hopefully, things will be better next time!

The service at this restaurant was disappointing. The waitstaff seemed disorganized and neglected customers waiting in line. There was only one bartender on duty, and the food was undercooked. The lack of leadership was evident during my visit, and I believe the manager should be let go. View menu

Wow, this place really lacks work ethic! I called twice to talk to someone about an Uber Eats order, and both times they answered the phone but didn’t respond because I could hear the Adesanya fight going on in the background. Why even have a hostess if they can’t do their job properly? I just had a quick question! Customer service is really declining at Hooters!

While we remained respectful, I felt compelled to mention that they risk losing customers to new wing restaurants in Harlingen. Unfortunately, it seems they don’t care as long as they keep receiving tips. I believe management should improve their greeting and order times. The staff needs to be attentive as soon as new customers arrive. In the end, we drove to Hooters in McAllen. We’ll see how their service compares. This is my first review on Google, so you know this experience was genuinely unacceptable; I don’t usually criticize restaurants without reason, but I felt it was important to share.
