I had an incredible experience at this restaurant. The decor and ambiance were very inviting. Our waitress, Richilee, was attentive, friendly, and efficient. The food was fantastic as well. I can't wait to bring my friends to this Hooters. Keep up the great work!

The food was good as always, and the smoked wings are definitely the best! It’s a fantastic spot to watch the World Cup. Our server could have been a bit more attentive, but it was fairly busy, so understandable. One thing I don’t get is why every time I visit a Hooters, I have to explain what I mean when I ask about the Sam Adams Seasonal. Yes, I know it’s a rotating draft beer, but what type is it? Lol. Great place on Route 1 to stop in for drinks! Although finding where to park was a little challenge, getting IN is easy! You're welcomed at the door with a warm smile! No wait to get seated and treated! Drinks are plentiful and so are the TV screens to look at! Bartender makes sure to get you the preferred beverage of YOUR choice; gotta love that! Food tastes as good as it smells. Very clean, well spaced and well staffed. Hooters in Dedham got my vote!

I stopped by Hooters in Dedham yesterday for lunch and had a great experience. At the end of the bar, there was a young man in his twenties with his father and some hand puppets. Even though it was a busy lunch hour, the waitstaff and bartenders took the time to interact with him, even snapping a selfie with him and his puppets. That kind of kindness is rare. So, before jumping to any conclusions about Hooters or the wonderful people who work there, try to keep an open mind.

I rarely leave bad reviews because last night I had the worst experience I had for years. A table of 4 in an empty restaurant with a few over served customers at the bar- we were waiting for our wings for over an hour. Only happy to eat the wings, we started eating until my partner cut into his chicken. His boneless wings were RAW!!! We understand that mistakes happen, but we waited for an hour - we asked to talk to the manager. After 10 minutes, a man who was the manager came to the chef's outfit and said? She asked for empty table in the corner instead the one host put us in, because in nearby table was loud party of several people so she wanted to be further from them. She said no, that table is for groups of peoplelarger than 2. Ok, few minutes later they put at that table one black dude with massive gold chain. Several waitresses stop byhis table where he was all alone and flirt with him. He probably some mafia boss or something. Then we waited for 50 MINUTES forour order. Our party of four was seated in an almost empty restaurant, with only a few over-served customers at the bar. We waited over an hour for our wings. When we finally started eating, my partner cut into his boneless wings and discovered they were raw. We understand mistakes happen, but after such a long wait, we asked to speak with the manager. After 10 minutes, a man who seemed to be the manager appeared wearing a chef's outfit, said "it happens," and then stormed back into the kitchen.
