I wish I could give this place zero stars. The service was absolutely terrible. I ordered through Uber Eats, expecting my delivery to take 20 to 40 minutes, but it ended up taking over two hours. Both the restaurant staff and the driver were hard to reach and didn't seem to care about the delay. Save yourself the hassle and avoid ordering from here.

I've placed delivery orders from this restaurant three times using two different apps, and unfortunately, they manage their own deliveries. This means that my food has never arrived any sooner than two hours later, and they often mark orders as delivered, leaving you unsure if your food is actually on the way. The food is decent, but it's not worth the trouble.

We ordered food for four people through doordash. They do not give the option for "special instructions* on doordash and give no other option for adding sauces. I assumed that a Greek restaurant would include taziki sauce but I was wrong. Also we ordered a chicken salad and no dressing or option to select. Unacceptable and will not be ordering again. The food is so good but if you need delivery, it will take forever! I recently ordered food to take with me to work. I waited over an hour…. tried to call the restaurant and couldn’t get through. Needless to say, I didn’t get my food and I wasn’t happy. If I could have talked to someone on the phone, maybe that would have made things better, but there was no communication at all.

3 people in our home, on separate occasions, have all ordered delivery from here. All 3 times, they marked our orders as complete/delivered even though they never even prepared our orders. They didn 't even notify any of us through the app that they didn 't plan to. So basically they would have kept our money for orders we didn 't receive, had we not all reached out to the delivery apps. We will never try ordering from here again.

I have been to this place twice and both the service and the food were great!I have never tried their delivery which seems to be the ONLY issue anyone has ever mentioned being an issue and I can assure you the food is really good, the server we have was very patient and even made some recommendations on drinks and food (Both of which were spot on).The Beef Kebab and Chicken Kebab were really good, the beef was really tender.This is definitely a hidden gem worth checking out! This restaurant offers amazing Egyptian cuisine, which is hard to come by—not only in Nashville but across the country. Unlike many places that serve Greek or Mediterranean dishes, this spot focuses exclusively on Egyptian food. The portion sizes are generous, the dishes are well-prepared, and the prices are very reasonable. They also feature unique menu items you won't find elsewhere. Be sure to try their hawawshi and shawarma nachos; you won't regret it! The service and decor are also excellent.

I used uber eats while in the hospital. My purchase was $51.80 so I placed a sizable order for dinner. When I opened my box, I only had lettuce and tomatoes when I ordered a gyro salad. When I called Management to let them know, I was told it was nothing he could do now since the order was placed 11 hours ago. The order was placed during lunchtime (11:30 am) and I called to let management know at 9 pm. This is not 11 hours. However GOOD customer service would be to remake the mistaken order but I was Met with hostility. I would never say anything Bad about a business but customer service is #1 in my book and this establishment doesn't come near a 10.

I read the reviews and wanted to give this place a try. I should have known better when I saw no one in the parking lot and a car on blocks in the parking lot. But I said ok the reviews weren't mixed and I wanted Great Greek food so I went in saw dirty tables and still I kept going to the counter. I will say they were polite and took my order and the wait was not that long. But the food was really bad. I ordered a Gyro Sandwich and Greek Salad. The meat was very dry and the vegetables were old e en cooked they looked old. The Salad tasted stale and the lettuce was brown, the olives were very bitter I threw it away.
