"I purchased a $2.29 breakfast burrito at this restaurant and it was absolutely terrible. The burrito was supposed to have sausage, egg, potato, and cheese, but the sausage was a thin slice of smoked sausage or hot dog, and the cheese was a slice of American processed cheese. The burrito was taken out of the refrigerator and microwaved just enough to warm the ends. My second bite contained an ice-cold hash brown. The coffee was self-serve drip and very weak, tasting like hot water with a hint of cheap coffee. The restroom was out of order, and I wouldn't be surprised if this was a permanent issue. I will not be returning to this restaurant."

Nope. To begin with, that name. Sounds like a place every porn movie director who would make a movie in Dallas would want that in a background shot somewhere in their movie. Then there's the donuts. Dry but somehow also oily. Nah. Not good.

Best I have found in at least 8 mile radius. If you like cake donuts, these are superior. They use a higher qualify flour you can taste. Not greasy, not burned, just right. All glazed donuts are alike but I prefer cake. THESE cake donuts. Husband/wife team are sweet and prices fair. Been going 3+ years. View menu

above average decor w good donuts. for a donut shop the decor is really well made. most stripe mall shops are generic white. this has several tables and beautiful decor. the display is full of all types of donuts. we tried. all were good. I can't lift them so ingeniously, but it's a place where I would often donuts on the way to work or pick up another morning function. the croissant colache is a nice note.

I do not recommend this place. The donuts are not great. I ordered a kolache and it was served cold, when I wanted it hot. I wanted to buy just one of each iced donut hole and 6 plain donut holes, like I do everywhere else, but they made me buy another 1/2 dozen. They should learn to accommodate the customer instead of just trying to sell more. It was a rude experience and made me feel bad at the start of the day.

"I visited today Botolino Gelateria Artigianale in Dallas, and I have to say, it was an unforgettable experience! Since they opened their first shop in 2015, I’ve heard so many great things about this gelateria, but nothing prepared me for the delightful treat that awaited me. After trying their gelato, I was so impressed that I even did my own research to understand the magic behind the flavors I was tasting. The moment I walked in, I could see why Botolino has become a favorite among locals. The gelato is crafted using traditional Italian methods, which gives it a creamy, rich texture that is simply divine. It’s no wonder they’ve won awards like “Best Gelato in Dallas” and have been recognized in various culinary competitions for their innovative flavors. The variety at Botolino is impressive. I tried the rich Pistachio, mascarpone with figs and the decadent Stracciatella. Each flavor was bursting with authentic taste, and I could truly appreciate the quality of the ingredients used. It was like taking a little trip to Italy with every bite! What really stood out to me was the friendly staff, who were eager to share their passion for gelato. They offered me samples and helped guide my choices, making the experience even more enjoyable. In short, my visit to Botolino Gelateria Artigianale was nothing short of amazing. If you’re in Dallas and looking for high-quality gelato, do yourself a favor and stop by. You won’t be disappointed—I know I’ll be back for more soon!"
