"definitiw under new property. eating looks much more present than previous pictures and was very delicious. I rarely eat teriyaki because of the sensitivity against fishing chicken odour, if there are no fresh ingredients, but none of them here. I ordered kicherb and cattle comb and everything was impressive. the meats were delicately fresh and tasty. a regret is that I forgot to make a picture before I attack the plate. they presented me an improved menu. the owner admitted they had problems with sweet and acidic chicks, but finally found out. it was crisp hot and fresh. also saw a sign sushi coming soon . owner explained he has 30 plus years experience making sushi. here's the picture when I'm done. I am coming back"

With the addition of a talented sushi chef, I'm hopeful that sushi will soon be included on the menu.

Food was good. Music was loud and annoying. Service was slow, but friendly. Overall I would eat here again, but I may order takeout. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

The restaurant offered reasonable prices along with both quality and quantity. I ordered takeout for dinner, and the cost per person was around $20–30. I would rate the food a solid 4, the service also a 4, and the atmosphere a 4.

I've been to a lot of little Japanese/Chinese restaurants before. I've gotta say, this place is the best one I've ever gone to! The staff are very friendly, they've got dozens of amazing dishes, and they're quick. I would HIGHLY recommend getting the Chicken Teriyaki lunch special. Okay, eat high prices. this is not the first Teriyaki place in this opposite to calculate 12 for a basic huh teriyaki, but it is not sustainable. this place is not located in the most beautiful opposite and there are three other terraki places within a five-minute drive from this. a restaurant must focus on taste quality or worth. I don't know why people are so happy to say 4 and 5 star ratings to places like these, both of which do not really deliver.

I found him!!!! Mr. Choi is the best chef in town. I missed his nigiri and sushi rolls so much! The textures of the fish and sushi rice are simply amazing; every single bite was a delight. The thickness of the yakisoba noodles is just right, and my picky little son absolutely loved the chicken yakisoba. I'm so thrilled that he has opened his own restaurant, so I can go and eat there more often! The prices are very reasonable, and when I dined in, there were a lot of takeout orders, which speaks to its popularity. I highly recommend Hot Teriyaki! This place is a true gem.

"Great restaurant with good food and service. Staff was very accommodating though we did not have a reservation on a Friday night. The ribeye steak was cooked to perfection. Loved the lamb shanks this is a must have. Halibut was also very tasty. One feedback on the roasted calamari is the spices were a bit overpowering, which did not do justice to the amazing sauce with garlic and parsley. The dessert menu is excellent and well thought in conjunction with the rest of the menu. The bourbon chocolate cake is with rich dark chocolate I absolutely loved the sticky texture and how the whipped cream complemented it. I suggest you get the cream on the side to adjust the balance to your liking. One other thing I recomend is the house limoncello with the bourbon chocolate cake as it helps to ease the intense (but very pleasant) chocolate flavor with every two to three spoons. The culinary experience was very satisfactory. In terms of price, be prepared to pay about $80 per person including the tip. I think this price is worth it especially on special occasions. By the way, I really appreciated the disclosure at the bottom of the menu with regular font size (rather than the small print most restaurants do) regarding the 20% tip policy. Furthermore, the communication that 70% of the tip going directly to our server while the remaining 30% going to their welfare expenses was transparecy at its best. I think other restaurants should take Primo as a role model in terms of how tipping policy works and should be communicated to the patrons. Well done Primo! I hope to see you soon thank you for a wonderful evening Parking: It was a bit hard to find a spot."
