"I’ve had Vercelli Bowls from there before, and they were quite good. However, today my daughter bought one for me, and it was absolutely terrible. Since I’ve enjoyed it in the past, I might consider giving them another chance, but whoever prepared my meal today should be embarrassed. The meat was tough, and the noodles and salad looked like they had been thrown together without any thought. It’s really disappointing, especially given the state of the economy and the effort people make to treat themselves. As a business owner myself, I would have to let that person go. A salad—or even a pickle—from a restaurant should always be presented and served with care. #shameonyourrestaurant"

The restaurant was fairly decent. The broth was a bit saltier compared to other places, but the service was quite quick. Just a heads up: if you can't use chopsticks, you may want to ask for forks.

This is my regular pho place, in all the years I have lived in Lakewood they have never failed to deliver an immaculate bowl of pho. The service is fast and friendly, and they do not play around with their quality. I love this place.

The pho here has an incredibly delicious broth. Sometimes, when I go for pho, I find the flavors to be overly artificial, but this restaurant offers a genuinely handmade taste. If you’re looking for really tasty pho at a great price, I highly recommend this place! Their egg rolls are also excellent. View menu

I ordered the lemongrass beef to go and when i got home i noticed that the sauce was slimy and had a bad odor. The potstickers were overcooked. The only thing that was decent was the thai tea. Very disappointed and won't be going back. People just get into the restaurant business for the money and not about producing quality meals. Just despicable.

The pho was very underwhelming compared to places nearby like Mamas pho. Portions even for the large was very small, the broth was very watered down, and the meat had no taste…. The service was even worse. Waitress got each part of our order wrong, from the size of the pho, to the meat ordered, to the preparation of the potstickers (which were also underwhelming with little flavor…. Tasted frozen and boiled). On the search for our Go-to Pho place, and this is definitely not it.
