Just got delivery of chicken w vegetables and sweet n sour chicken. Delicious! Will order again definitely.

Food tastes great and it is always consistent. I personally get the General Tso’s chicken and its the best chicken and sauce around. Great and fast service also! View menu

We ordered food via phone and the person taking our order was arguing with another person in the background, when picked up order place looked like a huge mess with a playpen set up. When we got our food home it was under cooked and the worst Chinese food in the area (Hunan cafe Gainesville location) I 10/10 would not recommend!

Food is decent and convenient for me, however their staff is either underpaid, hate their jobs or ALWAYS having a bad day.They often make rude comments and behave very unprofessionally. If you ask for even 1 minor thing, they make it sound like it’s such an inconvenience for them.I guess they simply don’t care if customers return or not. View menu

We ordered our dishes yesterday, and one of them was shredded schezuan beef. My husband picked up the order, and I noticed that they gave beef with green pepper. I called the restaurant back, and they advised that they no longer sell that dish. It is on their website. I asked the cashier why he didn't tell me that when he called. He said that they are signs posted in the restaurant. Again, I told him I wasn't in the restaurant, and why he didn't tell me because he clearly knew when I called back and he said nothing. I asked for the owner to contact me but of course nothing. I advised them that I would not be ordering from them again if they would not rectify this, and they clearly do not car...

Ordered the Szechuan beef, picture showed shredded veggies and beef. It came with large chunks of tasteless raw veggies and raw un chewable beef, if that even was beef. They were nice and took it back and gave me double cooked pork, which was bland and tasteless with the exact same un chewable meat. It was not pork, just un chewable meat from some animal. I left still hungry and disappointed, this was my first and last time there. Worst Asian Restaurant i ever visited. My niece was visiting and accidentally ordered from this location. Instead of the owner being understanding and letting it go he started swearing at her. He said, What the hell is wrong with you? Have you all been smoking all night? You can 't make this stuff up. He ended up hanging up on her while she apologized. As her Aunt, I was livid. I called back and spoke to him he immediately went into how he told her what location it was. I explained that she doesn 't live here and did not know. I also said he was being ignorant, speaking to her like that, and very unprofessional. Unfortunately, the call became a shouting match because he would not listen and started using the F word at me.
