"I was not at all impressed. After reading the reviews, I thought the food would be really good, so I ordered the Triple Delight. The guy at the counter was very friendly when I picked up my order, which was a nice touch. However, I found the fried rice to be completely lacking in flavor. The sauce was overly salty, and there wasn’t much meat in the dish—only two shrimp, in fact. The carrots and onions were cut far too large, making them difficult to enjoy. My daughter ordered the Mongolian Beef, and when I tried a piece, it tasted like it had been cooked in a burnt sauce. I really can't recommend this place; the prices are too high for the small portions you receive."

Great spot for a meal! I ordered takeout for lunch, and it was an excellent choice. The food was delicious, earning a perfect 5 out of 5. The service was outstanding as well, also a solid 5. Plus, the atmosphere was delightful, scoring another 5. Overall, I highly recommend this restaurant, with a price range of $10 to $20 per person.

Great foods and great people. Take out only but it is hot when you get home. I highly recommend Hunan Garden. We had Honey Crisp and Sha-Cha Beef with a Shrimp Toast appetizer. Of the last 5 Chinese Restaurants I have ordered out from, (my order is usually Shrimp w/Chinese Mixed Vegetables)..Hunan Gardens at Centralia and Rte 10 has served the best dinners I have had in a long while... The staff always welcomes you and in a friendly manner...I am 15 minutes from the restaurant which luckily is closer than the other Chinese restaurants...Thank you Hunan Gardens for adding a little light to this place !!!!

I wish I could give a zero-star rating! I will never order from this restaurant again. Since COVID, the food quality has gone downhill. I ordered shrimp with broccoli in spicy garlic sauce, and NOT ONLY was it not spicy, but the broccoli was soggy, and the shrimp tasted old—it was completely inedible! I’d rather go to a less reputable place and get what I pay for than spend $30 on food that I can’t eat. You've lost a longtime customer; I traveled all the way from Henrico County for this awful experience!
