"My family and I decided to try out the Hot Pot Grill last Friday afternoon. As first timers we didn’t really understand how the food ordering worked (and the waitress was not very helpful with questions about portions) and we ordered waaayyy too much food but it was amazing and a fun experience, so I gave the place 5 stars there! And then we were all done and paid (now the 1 star part).be prepared, apparently they automatically add an 18% gratuity for any number in your party (we had 5) and then I would HIGHLY suggest not using a debit or credit card unless you want to get hacked! Either the waitress stole our number or they don’t use a secure system because within 15 minutes of us leaving the restaurant we got taken for nearly $500 in food charges at various restaurants all within 15 miles of the hot pot grill. We have filed a police report and disputes with our bank but it’s going to be a mess! So far we can’t say for sure whether the charges were directly from someone at the restaurant or from a hacker in the area but I would definitely not recommend taking any chances IF you decide to eat here and pay with anything but cash."

"I ordered Steamed Dumplings (which were the best thing out of all this, those were good) Combination Fried Rice and Combination Lo Mein as well as a Small Hot N Sour Soup. Everything outside of the Dumplings were extremely Bland! I ended up adding my own Garlic Powder, Onion Powder and White Pepper to both the Rice and Lo Mein which made it taste the way it SHOULD have from the beginning which let me know they didn 't really add any seasonings (or little at best) when normally it 's Garlic, Ginger at the minimum! The portion is mostly Rice or Noodles and there is for sure some bits of Protein; More Chicken then anything and a few slices of Beef and 1 Shrimp in each. I went on a Friday at around 4 but I ordered in advance for pickup it was prepared on Time and it WAS Hot still actually surprisingly hot because I had stopped to get a Soda and Gas afterwards and it was all plenty hot by the Time I got home (about 10minutes) I appreciate that I didn 't have to wait and that the Food was Hot but if I wanted bland Rice Lo Mein that I had to season myself I could just buy some Frozen stuff from the Store and do that. I cannot put this as average because tbh I felt like I should 've just went to Panda Express and just got their Chow Mein (their Rice is awful tho, much worse than this place)"

"Last night, I picked up a takeout order from this restaurant and I was very disappointed with the experience. I have ordered from here several times before and each time I went to the pick-up counter, like I usually do with other restaurants that use apps. However, the staff did not greet me when I arrived or when I approached the counter. I didn't think much of it at first, assuming they were busy helping other customers. After waiting for almost 10 minutes, I finally had to ask for assistance. When I showed them my mobile order, they criticized me for not going to the regular line and for not letting them know I needed help. They couldn't even acknowledge that they were wrong for not greeting me or assisting me promptly, despite me standing there for over 10 minutes. This experience left me feeling uncomfortable and I have decided not to order from this restaurant again. They argued with me about how a customer should act to receive help, even though I have over 30 years of customer service experience."

"great eating great people. I love her rubs sandwiches. as a further review mentioned, however, they are ready to take the half home. they are huge and full of beef. they'll get their fries with the sandwich. they are also wonderful. I also recommend the chicken alfredo fattyuccini. my man and enkel always insist on most inoculations and meatballs. my only complicity is that the softdrink dispenser is too high, I'm only 5' and it's impossible to see if my drink is full."

"This Vietnamese restaurant is the best in the city. It is family owned and operated, with two lovely young ladies serving as waitstaff. It gets very busy, especially on Saturdays and Sundays at lunchtime, so be prepared to wait - but it is definitely worth it. The pho broth is flavorful and heavenly, with the perfect blend of herbs. The woven rice plates, particularly the pork, are fantastic. The bowls are delicious and refreshing, and every appetizer is exceptional. Don't forget to try the house iced Vietnamese coffee with milk. The owner and their family are incredibly kind and hardworking. This restaurant is truly amazing - you must go."
