"This is a typical Chinese restaurant with friendly and speedy service. The portions are generous and the prices are outstanding. You can even request dishes without MSG. The wontons are packed with amazing flavor! It’s definitely a great spot for groups, as sharing dishes allows you to sample a variety of items. They also offer a complimentary cucumber salad, which is a nice touch for refreshing your palate. The dining area is a bit dated, but that’s not uncommon for places like this. I’m genuinely impressed by the value and quality for the price! The hot tea is enjoyable, the service is excellent, and the food is truly fantastic! Just a note: if you want rice with your entrée, you'll need to order it separately. I would definitely return!"

As a noodle enthusiast, I had high hopes for this Seattle restaurant, and it certainly lived up to them. The thick noodles seemed endless, and we couldn't stop slurping them up. The flavors were incredible, making for a wonderful first meal in the city. While they might not be the best biang biang noodles I've ever tasted (there's a special spot in my heart for one in NYC), they certainly rank a close second! View menu

You'd never guess it was there. You could easily drive past and not notice it. If you did see it, you might dismiss it altogether—and then, unfortunately, you'd miss out. The vegetable wontons in soup are delightful, the renowned string beans are a must-try, and the spicy cucumbers are fantastic. Everything is truly delicious. The reviews are accurate and genuinely represent more than just uninformed opinions.

I'm a self proclaimed noodle fanatic and this was at the top of my must-visit spots in Seattle! It definitely did not disappoint. Ribbons of thick noodle strands that never seem to end. We just kept on slurping. Flavors are solid and it made anamazing first meal in the city. I will say that these weren't the best biang biang noodles I've had (There's a special place inNYC that has my heart. , but this was a close second!

This place is great! I've passed by a million times and it often emits a delicious smell. Went there today finally for takeout, and its being Mother's Day, they were slammed. The order took a bit longer than expected because of the crush. They were gracious and even threw in an order of spicy chilled cucumber. The food we ordered was fantastic and man am I glad they threw in the cucumber! I'll be back just for that. Thank you! View menu

This was the worst food I've ever had. It was so bad that I wouldn’t even recommend it to someone in need. The egg rolls were burnt, and it seemed like the frying oil hadn’t been changed in ages. The pork fried rice was subpar—I've never seen pork like that before. The beef and broccoli had an overpowering ginger taste, and the orange chicken was burnt and vile. I spent $57 and ultimately ended up throwing everything in the trash.

This is a smaller restaurant that is always bustling with customers, surprisingly offering enough seating space. They have a diverse menu with a range of dishes, making it ideal for family-style dining. I was quite pleased with the variety of items we tried, especially the egg rolls, which I highly recommend. While the name Szechuan suggests spicy cuisine, the dishes were not overwhelmingly hot. You can choose between a fixed menu or order à la carte. The owners are incredibly friendly and happy to assist with your order decisions. I appreciated the mix of patrons, which added to the cozy atmosphere. Just be aware that parking can be a bit tricky depending on the day and time.
