"I love the idea of a classic diner. And maybe it was just the day but we had terrible food and service. Scrambled eggs came out looking like they made an omelet and just said eff it and sent it out. Grits were like a soupy mess when specifically asked for thick grits. We sent them back but when they returned they were just as thin lady said are those thick enough for you? OK great and walked away without waiting for a response. Granted that was not our waitress, but still, super rude. Not sure that we will return."

I brought ALL my food back and they refused to refund my money; my ham was spoiled. Could it be bc I'm black? Some White people assume that if I'm dissatisfied with service I'm looking for something free; all I wanted was my back bc the food was bad!
