"We always enjoy our visits to Ichi Ramen! The food is delicious, the atmosphere is laid-back, and the customer service is outstanding! After dinner, my daughter realized she had accidentally left her retainers wrapped in a napkin on our table. I called to see if they had found them, but unfortunately, the table had already been cleaned, and the napkin ended up in the trash. They took my number and said they would try to locate them. I was sure they were lost for good. To my surprise, about 30 minutes later, I received a call. One of the waiters and the dishwasher had gone through the trash and found both retainers! I couldn't be more thankful. They truly saved the retainers—and my daughter's peace of mind!"

The atmosphere was inviting. The servers did a great job answering our questions. This was the perfect treat! Although not busy, we got our order to go. The Ramen was packaged perfectly. Once combined it was delicious. View menu

Our new Ramen house. (we thought) Update: We went back 2nd time around unfortunately inconsistent servings w/ pork was sliced too thin this time compared to our first. The 3 thin shrimp tempura with a few veggie is a bit pricey I think for $7.99 and the taste of the batter is too plain to our taste.

Great location for ramen up in the northwest. All tables were full but didn't have to wait long. Staff is friendly and attentive to your needs. Three or four people continually check up on us and asked if we needed anything. Our empty dishes never sat on our table longer than a minute. Food is tasty and hot. Lots of choices for appetizers and mains. Great spot!

I might be a little picky, but after living in Japan for over a decade, I have high standards for ramen. Ichi Ramen is just okay. I found my bowl to be a bit too salty. However, they do have a great menu with a wide variety of toppings and combinations. I recommend trying the black garlic rays. The prices are reasonable, but I'm not sure if I'll return, maybe only next winter. View menu

The 1 star is GREAT for the service personnel. The food was best in the middle, the meat was the lunch meat thin and before the day before. I asked for more meat, because the tiny thin layer in my bowl was unsatisfactory, I was brought cold served lunch meat slices of pork. The owner really needs to increase his quality, I could say that is all procedure and no reflection of the staff. although the "soft cooked, egg was definitely precooked cold in the middle and almost hard boiled.

I visited this restaurant for Sunday lunch, and I was pleased to find it wasn't crowded. The tables are nicely spaced apart, allowing for a comfortable dining experience. We were seated right away upon entering. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. We tried the Black Garlic Ramen ($13.95), the Spicy Tuna Roll ($5.95), the Curry Ramen ($14.95), and the Takoyaki ($6.95). Everything was perfect. They also offer a military discount. I will definitely return to explore more of the menu!

"Entry: We entered Oscar's via the front entrance of The Plaza at the West end of Fremont Street. Off to the left near the entrance is the escalator that leads you to their second floor. When we entered we were immediately greeted and seated by a friendly hostess. We requested a table with a view and she definitely obliged. Atmosphere:The ambience at Oscar's is about as good as you can get in downtown Las Vegas. Centered in a large and beautifully tinted glass dome you get panoramic views of downtown LV and even the sky. Service:The service was a spectacular star experience with our waiter. Our water and drinks were never empty. He was attentive, professional and friendly. Food Drink:The food was very good but not quite up to star. The Chilean Sea Bass was the full fish with skin which is quite different than how most steakhouses prepare just a single filet. It was supposed to be deboned however we found bones while eating. The skin on the filet should be crispy throughout but was only so around the edges. Definitely overpriced for the quality of this meal. The salmon was decent but not amazing. Overcooked just a smidge and not seasoned very well. So pretty much tasted like any other salmon you might expect from a or star restaurant. The filet mignon was decent but probably not even in my top The cut was more fatty than what you would expect from a high end steakhouse and not marbleized. I ordered it medium, and as many steakhouse chefs struggle with cooking a filet properly it was cooked to order on the edges and pretty much completely rare on the inside. The grilled asparagus was likely the high point of the dinner. Was cooked to perfection and tender in the middle, crispy on the edges. The creamed spinach wasn't great. The spinach was undercooked and affected the smooth consistency that you should expect from a good cream spinach.Overall:Definitely worth trying for the experience but don't set your bar too high"
