"Have dined here maybe 5-6 times, if not more. Seems to be a lesser experience each time. Most recent had (yet again) dirty and broken high chair for our daughter, wet slippery floors that didn't look clean and cutlery that also wasn't entirely clean. Tables felt sticky. Food is decent but hard to justify going there if the place is a mess. These issues happening on repeat looks more like a pattern of carelessness. These should be the easy things to take care of. Instead tiy seems like staff thinks it's too much or management doesn't care, or both. Can't decide if 3 stars is too generous or not. Again, some of the food is tasty but you start to wonder if other parts of the puzzle are off, not clean etc..."

"The food at this restaurant is decent, the staff are friendly and my order came quickly. Their salads are always a safe bet, but the service was extremely slow on this occasion. We waited for over an hour before receiving our food, despite other guests arriving after us being served before us. It seems their chicken parmesan takes a long time to cook. The dish was okay, but not worth the wait. They apologized for the delay and explained that their new Italian menu, featuring homemade noodles, is the reason for the slow service. It seems they are better at fulfilling takeout orders than serving dine-in customers."

"We stopped by for lunch and loved everything we ordered, especially the burgers, which we always look forward to. The nachos had delicious chips, but we wished there were more of them. The Tater Tots were a must-try, though the fries are great too. My husband particularly enjoyed his black and bleu burger."

The atmosphere is nice to hangout and talk, or even to study. I could not express enough how amazing, wonderful, and exceptional the entire staff, owners, food, deserts, coffee, and service is.
