"Inca's chicken in Buschwick is the definition of a go to neighborhood spot. This place is no bs and has absolutely delicious food starting from their famous rotisserie chicken to Peruvian sausage. They have been family owned and operated for over 30 years and all of the recipes have been passed down several generations. Their claim to fame rotisserie chicken was sooo super moist and very well seasoned. Even better with the green sauce. We also tried the ribs which were super tender and had a great flavor, they have a Peruvian BBQ sauce on the side but I think they're best just as is. They also have a newer menu item which is their chicken milanesa- super tender and goes perfect with the mashed potatoes or salads. My favorite meat entree though might have been the sausage, it was just so satisfying and had the perfect amount of spice. The empanadas really wowed us- we tried the chicken, cheese, and beef which was the star for us. They are actually more similar to Argentinean empanadas and are made with olives. Unlike anything we've ever tried before but now we can't stop thinking about them. Another fun app they have is the fried shrimp, can't go wrong with that they were super crunchy and delicious. All their platters come with 2 sides and are from $10-$14. Can't find a better deal"

The platter was incredible - the chicken, rice, and corn all complemented each other so well, especially with the delicious sauces. View menu

The Rotisserie Chicken (Whole) was juicy and tasty. The Potato Salad and Steamed Mixed Veggies also had good flavor. I enjoy INCA chickens food and will be purchasing frequently. Keep up the good work.

The food at this restaurant was amazing. The chicken was tender, the ribs had great flavor, and the fries were crispy. I will definitely be ordering from here again. The portion size was generous and the price was a great value. I really enjoyed it! View menu

Looks may be deceiving as although the interior is nothing to write home about, the food is top tier. The chicken is cooked perfectly, with a juicy texture and crispy skin all while having excellent flavor. Additionally, the portions are massive for the price point being easily able to serve two people for the price of one. Lastly, I don’t know what they are putting in their green salsa but it’s honestly some of the best I’ve ever had.

There food is good but there rude for no reason. You ask a question and they talk I er you and give you an answer to a question you didn't ask. And it's a few of the workers, like it was part of there training. It would be nice if they had seating other then outside in the covid shed with the rats and hobos. Tbh I'm not sure if that thing is even still up. You know how some places you go cause the people are nice even if the food isn't the best?? Yea this isn't that place. If there food wasn't good I'd not spend my money.

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
