"Food is good, but it’s not the cleanest place and though the girls are nice, the service is not that great either. I got up to pay after waiting for the server to come back for about 20 minutes. The guy took my card, put it in the machine, and just went to the back. I can’t get a receipt? Couldn’t be bothered to hand me my card back either? Welp, I’m not coming back here.Edit/ Reply:Went from 2 starts to 1. Lol, yes I am sure it was Indochine. On Charles street neighbor to Minato sushi bar. You can promise to whomever you'd like, but it happened. Next time just stick to your original response, and not imply that a (former) customer would care that much to lie. You also weren't too understaffed, I was 1 of 2 dine in customers at the moment which makes the situation even worse."

Excellent pho with tofu and veggies. Nothing better on a cold day. Great and friendly service. Highly recommend.

Ordered take out from here recently and it was good. We got the shrimp pho and the steak pho, both were delicious. It came hot and well packed with all the fix ins. It was a big serving but the reheated noodles aren?t that great so try to have it all at once! View menu

Unfortunately, I gave 3 stars. The food was tasty. Almost tasted like home. Would've given 5, but the included garnishes were not provided. Pho doesn't taste the same without the bean sprouts, basil, peppers, and lime. They don't have pate in the banh mi, but it still tasted great.

We enjoyed a pleasant meal at the restaurant. The host greeted us warmly, and despite it being close to closing time, our dishes arrived quickly. The hostess was very friendly. I particularly liked the boba tea—thank you! As for vegetarian options, my friend ordered the vegetarian pho and absolutely loved it.

I absolutely love this place! The service is consistently quick and friendly, and the food is served in no time. Their broth is always incredibly flavorful and fresh. I typically order the brisket pho, which is loaded with noodles, and they definitely don't hold back on the brisket. This is definitely one of my favorite spots for comfort food in Mount Vernon! I ordered a shrimp and calamari pho, but only received shrimp. The shrimp and calamari dish is more expensive, so I feel cheated. This isn't the first time this has happened. I should have checked my order before leaving, as they often make mistakes. While the food was good, I'm hesitant to order from here again. The prices are too high for the frequent errors in orders.

We used to visit Indochine regularly before the pandemic and the fire in the building. We came back tonight, and while some things have changed—newly painted walls, new floors, and new owners—the essence of the place remains the same. The food was outstanding. If you're a fan of pho and vermicelli bowls, this is definitely the spot for you! I loved my vermicelli bowl with grilled shrimp, while my husband thoroughly enjoyed his pho with meatballs.

"Highly recommend Sweet Peaz Southern Kitchen! The food is served fresh and hot. We were a party of eight and ordered Fried Whiting with Yams and Mac n Cheese, Chicken and Waffles, Fried Chicken Wings, Chicken Tenders, Fried Shrimp, French Fries, and Collard Greens. The Sweet Potato Waffles were absolutely delicious! The fried chicken, shrimp, and fish were cooked perfectly and tasted as good as they looked. The seasoning was just right—not too salty, allowing the flavors to shine. The yams and collards were a real treat for the taste buds. And the cornbread? Simply amazing. My only disappointment was that the first taste was free (haha). The Mac n Cheese was decent, but the Chicken Tenders didn’t quite live up to their name; however, they did remake them for us to take home. The space is small and simple, with old-school music that adds to the enjoyable dining experience. They limit dining to one hour to ensure everyone can enjoy the food, which I appreciate—I dislike when people linger for too long when others are waiting. The staff were friendly, making us feel valued and appreciated. Prices are reasonable. One downside was that many items were unavailable, including grits—which was a big letdown since I was looking forward to the famous Shrimp and Grits—as well as butter, potato salad, seafood salad, and tartar sauce. I recommend calling ahead if you’re craving a specific dish. Despite this, it was a great dining choice and lived up to the positive reviews. Overall, we left satisfied and would gladly return. Parking is street parking only, as there’s no dedicated lot."
