"Our hotel stay was fine. We got out of it what we needed. I'm only on here to review the rooftop bar, Ingenue. We visited the bar on 6/8/23 after we got in from the airport at around 9pm. I think the bartender was drunk, high, or both. He had to be reminded a couple times to cash us out and what drinks we wanted. The bar top was a mess and he looked messy as well. I'm pretty sure I saw him Google how to make an Old Fashioned (which is what my friend ordered). This is a cool spot to check out, but maybe have some F+B management on the schedule during evening shifts."

If you are looking to get your groove on it’s ok. But if you want to have a conversation with your friend or date this is not a good place, which is sad because of the views. Wrong vibe for that

This is a fantastic restaurant with a lovely view. However, I would suggest avoiding the meal option, as the chicken was filled with bones. If you're planning to visit with a larger group, it's wise to make a reservation.

We had a fantastic experience, from the drinks to the ambiance and the staff! They were incredibly attentive, caring, and thoughtful. We were celebrating a birthday, and they truly went the extra mile to make us feel special!

I really enjoyed the Jerk Chicken pop-up at the rooftop bar. It wasn't very crowded, and the sunset view was absolutely stunning. It was a great spot to hang out with friends. The seats were comfortable, and the staff was friendly. View menu

I visited this restaurant while in New Orleans for the Essence Festival and the Fourth of July. The ambiance was lovely, and the drinks were great. We even had the chance to watch the fireworks from around the city. It was a wonderful experience!

Very well designed, comfortable environment for relaxing and a few drinks. Rooftop view is really amazing at night including a nice view of the Superdome. Staff is nice and very welcoming. Good selection of beers, spirits and wines. Food is available but we had eaten already, so did not check out the menu.

Great place to enjoy some amazing views, people watching and city scapes! Definitely try and get up here for sunset! Even on a warm night the cool breezes up on the roof keep you nice and cool. The drinks are great and delicious bar snacks (the hummus was 100! Note that they add 20% gratuity to their checks but shouldn’t that be what we are tipping anyways?? View menu

We visited this place on a Sunday night. Although we missed our reservation time, we were kindly invited to sit at the bar. It was busy but not overly crowded, and we had an amazing time! The bartenders were fantastic and very professional. Our drinks were excellent—definitely not watered down. We left feeling great—maybe a bit too great, but thankfully we had a room at the Troubadour, so driving wasn’t a concern. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed, making for a wonderful evening. We absolutely love this bar!

I had seen some previous reviews and decided to check it out myself. Unfortunately, I found empty cups scattered around the tables and used lime wedges sitting on napkins at the bar for far too long. The bartender could have easily taken care of the mess. They were also out of glasses for Old Fashioneds, so they resorted to using plastic cups. While the drinks were generously poured, the seating areas were not well-maintained, and we even spotted a cockroach. Overall, I was not impressed with the experience and ended up leaving without finishing our drinks.
