Great food the most time great service. The best thing is that they allow you to get a drink without ice cream and the juices are good.

My go to place for curry chicken with rice and peas. It's a once in a while treat. They haven't missed a beat, not even during the pandemic.

This place is one of my local favorites. When I was in NY, I had some delicious island food and this place is the best to far in the area. I love her food and the location is great... definitely more frequent. View menu

The food is really good. The rice could use some moisture because it was too dry. I asked for extra gravity from my brown stew chicken so my rice could soak in it. The chicken pattie was good and the rumcake was delish.

I ordered the oxtail and it was the worst I've ever had. None of the oxtail was edible; none of it. The rice and peas were also terrible. I spent over $30 to be completely disappointed and still hungry. I'll never give them business again.

Great customer service and friendly staff! The jerk chicken is hella spicy so beware! My favorite dish has to be the Oxtails....they were ?????????. Have dem add the sauce overtop the rice n beans. The Oreo cake was bussin' too as well as the strawberry lemonade!!! View menu

This place is excellent for a restaurant in the island! It has not only a kind of island dish, but an influence from all. There the customer service is great and the food really made me feel like I'm back home. For an island experience in America, this is a good place I will continue to visit!!! definitely recommend visit!

As a fellow Mexican, I find it discouraging when I find a Caribbean restaurant that has no effort to give high-quality food with taste. I found improperly prepared food with hardly any taste. The cured chicken was overboiled, too watery and tasteless; the ox tails were undercooked, the fried fish was overcooked abysmal vegetables; Ackee and Saltfish lubricated strangely and had a strange texture. The cured goat was the only dish with any similarity. the setting of the servers must improve; they are stereotypical, as most people expect that all Jamaicans are like.

"Arby 's Experience and Accessibility Issues Positive Experience at Arby 's in North Carolina • I had never been to Arby 's until I went to North Carolina for work about six years ago. • There was a small town where Arby 's was very popular, so I decided to have lunch there. • Everything about that experience made me reevaluate my fast food choices and remove the other fast food places (Burger King, Wendy 's, McDonald 's, etc. from my list. Challenges with Arby 's Accessibility in Maryland • Now I 'm back home (Maryland and I can 't get my fix, and it seems like I 'm going to have to make some sacrifices. • It 's not because there isn 't an Arby 's in my area; it 's because the one in my area has poor store hours. Explanation of Drive-Thru Accessibility Issues • Let me explain before the confusion sets in: I 'm an HVAC Technician who drives a tall van. • Drive-thrus are hit or miss, with 97% of fast food restaurants having awnings and low clearance bars that I would damage if I tried to use the drive-thru. • I completely understand, and that 's another topic in itself. Specific Instances of Arby 's Closure during Accessible Hours • The reason I explained this is because the only Arby 's near me is in front of Forestville Mall, and it 's always been closed inside when I get off from work. • It 's so common that I took it off the menu. • I 've been to this location on Saturday at 6:30 p.m., Monday at 5:00 p.m., Thursday at 7:00 p.m., and finally Sunday at 5:15 p.m. Attempted Use of Drive-Thru and Lack of Service • Now, I know some people will say, 'Why not walk through the drive-thru? ' • My reply is that I tried, and I don 't get service. • Both times they said Sir this is Drive-Thur only which have me just standing there while cars pull up that is so arkward. Arby 's Customer Service Experience Encounter at the Establishment • I wasn 't going to say anything and just move on with my life until I approached the front door of this establishment and met an employee leaving. • I asked him why the dining room was closed so early to walk-ins. Employee 's Response and Reasoning • His reply was because they had already counted the cash drawer, they do not have to deal with customers at the front counter, and my favorite, 'We cleaned the lobby and front counter early and don 't want it to get dirty again. ' Customer 's Reaction and Reflection • I was shocked and in disbelief that those words came out of his mouth. • Aren 't those all the things that come with running a business? • I felt slapped in the face, which definitely had me wondering if this was all Arby 's business model or just this store 's. Customer 's Perspective on Business Operations • I do believe this is the reason customers are purchasing your product, but they 're also paying for your lease agreement, maintenance costs, distribution of goods, staff wages, and utility bills...etc. • To show this level of neglect is running an establishment into the ground, slowly but surely. • Guess I 'm gonna have to find a new spot maybe the Rasing Cane across the street it 's worth a shot."
