Great food!!! Really enjoyed the salsa bar. Docked 2 stars because they don't have margaritas or liquor. They have beer and wine. Sadly no local wine in AZ biggest wine region.

The food is quite good the atmosphere is awesome and the salsa bar is excellent! Diego is a great server. This place is worth a stop off I-10 to stretch out and take a break from the road. Highly recommend the #5

so much fun reading the teamworkers tierkreis and they are super friendly, and helped with great selection of food. parking is parallel, and the dining room is huge. lots of space for wheelchairs. they have a children's menu. View menu

The salsa and salsa bar are excellent! The fountain drinks are thick and rich, similar to those at McDonald's, but they feature Pepsi products instead. The food was fantastic as well; I would highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys Mexican cuisine.

Nice place to enjoy home style Mexican fare. Delicious food with a friendly staff, beer and wine available as well. I had the bean and cheese burro enchilada style. I have to say all of their salsas are absolutely delicious. Good place for people of all ages to get together for good eats.

The pork tacos were fantastic! The flavor was amazing and the cooking was spot on, with just the right amount of char for that extra deliciousness. We're breaking up! What an incredible experience! We hosted a fantastic event for 100 guests, featuring a three-taco plate with beans, rice, and a salsa bar. Everything was absolutely perfect! The venue had a vibrant atmosphere with beautiful presentations, and the service was outstanding. The servers were incredibly attentive and worked diligently to ensure everything ran smoothly. Our guests were thrilled, and many of them commented on how delicious the food was. A huge thank you to Isabel's, and especially to Faranda, who was a joy to work with. She truly made our special day unforgettable! Thank you!

Wilcox Arizona does not have a large variety of places to eat. It's a very small town. But I think Isabel's was a good choice. I had the fajita salad and it was served in a taco shell. I thought it was very good. They also have a small salsa bar if you want to try different salsas with your chips. Some of the people at our table said some of the salsas tasted like they were starting to go bad but I didn't try those for myself. We also sat through our whole meal and never had our drinks refilled.or saw the waitress again until we were done. When eating spicy, salty, Mexican food you gotta have your refills. The chips and salsa were excellent. The taco salad fresh. The salsa bar excellent. The atmosphere clean and inviting. I am having a difficult time deciding on if this is a 3 or 4 star restaurant. On the one hand, the food was excellent, on the other they don't have Margaritas. I wish I had known they didn't serve alcohol. I then tried to order 4 Peaks WOW and was told they no no longer serve that beer. What a disappointment. At least line threw it on the menu or cover it up. I ordered a draft beer and was charged $5.99! That is a lot for draft beer! My husband ordered a pink lemonade and that was marked up even higher costing $4.49!
