"I placed an order through DoorDash, but one item was missing. When I called the restaurant, they informed me that the item hadn’t been given to the driver because it was still cooking, yet they let him leave without my complete order. DoorDash arranged for a redelivery, but when the driver arrived, they had given my food to someone else. This caused my driver and my kids to wait for an extra hour. I received no apologies, and when I called the restaurant again, the employee said they wouldn’t provide any credit for the inconvenience. I asked for the names of the staff on shift since I was advised to call back the next day when the owner would be there. Instead of helping me, they hung up on me. I remained calm but was very disappointed, especially since I order from this restaurant quite often. The service was completely unacceptable."

I would give this place zero stars if it weren't for the nice delivery driver. They served me undercooked pfeffersalat and refused to replace it, even when I offered to send a picture of the dish and said they could take back the uncooked one. The customer service was terrible. Whether it's just for a lazy Friday that I don't feel like cooking or for an event like my kids birthday party the food and staff never disappoint! All of the food is made from scratch and the owner Anthony cooks the food to perfection!
