"Absolutely amazing! This is the only place where I could get a burger that’s cheaper than McDonald's, and honestly, it was so delicious that I felt like my grandmother had made it for me. It’s a genuine burger—no extra charge for nacho cheese or shrimp. Just quality meat, fresh vegetables, and a delightful bun. And the French fries actually taste like potatoes! Everywhere else I go, they forget what potatoes taste like and just serve up sugary fried sticks. This might just be the best burger I’ve had in years, and I didn't even get to try their Greek food! It’s the only spot where I could find a real burger at a reasonable price. You can bet I’ll be returning to sample their specialties. Plus, the ambiance of the place was lovely."

Food was absolutely amazing. We got the Greek fries, saganaki, and pork gyros. Everything was so fresh and tasted amazing. Highly recommended!

Lovely little place with a cute patio and homemade menu. Get the lemon baked potatoes they’re seriously the best. I’ll definitely be back to try more on the menu. View menu

I've been here twice already and I'm eagerly looking forward to my next visit! We are huge fans of Greek cuisine and discovered this gem while wandering through the neighborhood. The Spanako Pita was delightfully crisp and bursting with flavor, and the tzatziki was among the best I've ever tasted. The woman running the place is quite amusing and has some great stories to tell. I highly recommend getting a table on the back patio; it's cozy and has a touch of magic to it.

Wow! We’ve walked past this place for many a month now, and yesterday was finally the day we visited. Never have I been so happy to be inside a restaurant. The food and atmosphere were both great, but the highlight of our experience was definitely the owner! She was so enthusiastic and genuinely cared about her food and her customers. And: bonus: shes FUNNY! Major cool aunt energy. Being in It’s Greek 2 U Grill feels like an iced cold lemonade on a warm day: very refreshing and soul-nourishing. Will be back many many times in the future <3

"Tempesta is arguably one of the best sandwich shops in the city. They make a lot of their meats in house and use high quality ingredients so you know you’re getting the good stuff. Not only can you get a great sandwich, you can purchase most of their meats to go as well as other small artisanal grocery items. I have tried almost every sandwich they have on the menu but my top two choices would be the #1 The Dante and the #2 Yo! Vincenzo! The Dante is their version of a classic Italian sandwich but a bit on the spicier side. The Yo Vincenzo is a chicken parm and I personally think it’s the best chicken parm sandwich in the city. The chicken is perfectly crispy, and they use just the right amount of sauce where it doesn’t get soggy. Both of these sandwiches come on their fresh baguette which helps set them apart from other sandwich spots in Chicago just because of how good it is. The B Franklin is also a great option, and if you’re starving get the Wagyu Pastrami but be warned it is a very heavy sandwich because of that Wagyu. The last pro tip I’ll add in here is order your sandwich ahead of time if you’re doing takeout. This is a very popular spot and is always busy during the lunch rush so if you wait to order until you arrive you may need to wait for 10-15 minutes. That should speak to how good this place is because it’s in such high demand, so if you’re in Chicago make sure you stop in!"
