We've been there numerous times, and the service has always been exceptional. What a hidden gem in Spring Arbor! Our lunch at Ixcanul was exceptional. I ordered the Churrasca, which is essentially carne asada. The steak was cooked perfectly and well-seasoned. All the sides were tasty as well. Having visited Guatemala City once, I felt that this restaurant truly captures the authentic flavors.
