"The restaurant was clean and quiet, creating a pleasant atmosphere. Our server was not only friendly but also extremely quick. He proactively filled our drinks once they were half empty and promptly cleared away our dishes. The food was excellent; we ordered the orange chicken and Kung Pao shrimp with fried rice, in addition to crab rangoons as an appetizer. Crab rangoons can be hit or miss at different places, but I really enjoyed theirs, and the portions were generous. The price was reasonable as well—our total came to $55, which covered both dinner meals, the appetizer, sodas for both of us, and a tip. This will definitely be our go-to spot for Chinese food from now on. Additionally, there is wheelchair access with a ramp located just to the right of the entrance."

"I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. A staff member carelessly slammed my prepaid food onto the counter, rolled their eyes while calling out my number, and completely forgot to include our paid Happy Meal, which left my child very upset. The fries were excessively greasy, suggesting that the oil really needs to be changed. The lack of attention to detail cost me both time and money. I believe that employees should be held accountable for incorrectly prepared orders; this could encourage them to check orders more thoroughly. Additionally, the atmosphere didn’t feel very welcoming for families looking to enjoy a meal together."

"I used to have a high opinion of the Arby's on Morgantown Road in Uniontown, but in the past four months, the quality has taken a nosedive. The new manager seems unable to do his job; instead of focusing on orders, he prefers to stand around and chat. When he does take an order, he manages to get it completely wrong despite reading it back to me. I can’t see myself returning to a place where the manager is not doing his job properly. This Arby's used to have fantastic management and excellent employees, but now it's just terrible. Today, I went without lunch because of the manager’s mistakes—especially frustrating since I struggle with low blood sugar and need to eat regularly. It’s ridiculous that he can repeat orders correctly but chooses to chat instead of ensuring the food is prepared right. I won't be coming back until there are some improvements."

"I was on my way to grocery shop at Shop n Save, so I stopped at Jimmy John's to grab sandwiches since it was right next door. My sandwich was made wrong, but I let it go because I don't care. I was just hungry. I took one bite and pulled a blond/gray hair out of my mouth. There was only one blond lady there. I'm a brunette. I walked up and showed them, saying, "This isn't mine!" They snatched my sandwich, asked me what I had, remade it, handed it back and said, "Here you go..." The sandwich was still made wrong. They didn't offer my money back (my order was $9) and didn't even apologize. There were several customers in there, and I could've and should've made a way bigger deal. It sucks because I like the sandwiches, but I won't be back. I've never had bad service until today. They're rude, and they don't know the menu. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2"
