Not open at 4 pm on Sundays!!!!! EBT card reader always broken!!!!!! Dining room not open. Always gets the order wrong. Bad customer service. Doesn't serve homeless army veteran who is starving! Ate beans and water for dinner at dollar general because doors are always locked. Not worth the trip.

The customer service here is consistently poor, with constant excuses for their shortcomings. It's frustrating that they can’t get orders right, and it feels like they have no real commitment to improving. I often feel like I'm being commanded rather than served. I worked early enough to make it a sandwich on the way home. only to get there at 19:30 a.m. and they are closed, although the sign says open until 9 a.m. no reason why the lobby was closed and if the eye contact received only one sulter's drink and went away. No, let the drive look through, I'm not sorry that inconvenience does not.

I arrived they had the doors locked it was just after 7:30 pm the sign on the door said doors lock at 9 pm they gave me my order with my drink that comes with meal. than replacing it with a Large cus I order a medium drink and that was nice. I was on my way to work it was an inconvenience being open doors should of been opened to the public and they had all them locked I am happy I made it on time

This establishment actively engages in discrimination against the disabled in an ill-concived attempt to not serve the homeless of DTPHX, and are not providing reasonable accomodations for disabled persons as I experienced. Lots of things to be said about the establishment itself and the abysmal accommodations or the hygiene of the employees or lack there of, but truly the most disgusting part is the attack on our collective human rights.
