"I went there the other night. I could barely hear the girl on the speaker. I asked if they were closed and with the biggest attitude she said “no ma’am”. I asked nicely if i could get 2 cokes. Like i said I could barely hear her because she was mumbling. I repeated “2 cokes “ again and she said “ok i got it” with the biggest attitude. Don’t get me wrong, i love jacks. Always been my favorite go to fast food place. But that one girl was really disrespectful. Their food is great. Service is good. I’ve had numerous times where that girl was really rude to me. The girl seemed as she didn’t care about her job. If you don’t like your job then quit!!!!!"

Their food is good and so is the customer service I just think they should get their microphone at the drive thru fixed because every time I go there I can barely hear them and they can't hear me.

When we requested an extra sauce at the drive-thru after receiving only one for our five chicken tenders, we were told to drive back around, get back in line, and order another sauce. Isn't this supposed to be fast food? I won't be returning here. The fries had no seasoning, and the biscuit looked like it had been through a hockey game—it was totally crushed.
