The worst Jacks I have been to. The employees are rude, the food is usually cold, fries are old and they NEVER fill the milkshakes up full but charge full price and when asked to fix it get an attitude and say thats how they are told to make them? Thought I would try Jacks today instead of my regular Hardee's for breakfast. I was rushed to give my order at the drive thru. Then this is what I got ... I told the young man at the window and was brushed off as if there was no reason to complain. Rude service and food was not what I had hoped ! This place has a lot of potential and everything is generally great, but please, I urge you to follow the correct instructions when making the iced coffee. Every time I order it, it tastes quite bland, as if there isn't enough sugar or milk. I used to work at a café in Fyffe a few years ago, so I'm not sure if the recipe has changed since then, but I really do hope for an improvement in the iced coffee.

Meal Type: Lunch Price Range: $1–10 I recently ordered takeout from this restaurant, and I couldn't be happier! The food was absolutely delicious, deserving a perfect score of 5. Everything was fresh and full of flavor. The service was equally impressive, earning another 5. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the whole process seamless. Lastly, the atmosphere, even for takeout, was inviting and pleasant, also worthy of a 5. Overall, I highly recommend this spot for a tasty and affordable lunch!

Tonight was the first time we have visited this Jack’s in a few weeks. I was disappointed at the cleanliness of the place. They seem to only have three maybe four people at most. The food was really bad. They had run out of beans and I got half portion of beans and slaw. I ordered the two piece Chicken on the bone dark meat. I got a wing and a thigh. It should’ve been a leg and a thigh both were overcooked. It was not a good experience. I expect more from Jack’s and I know this Jack is capable of delivering more. It seems to be a shortage of personnel.
