"This place is fantastic! As soon as we were seated, a friendly waitress asked if it was our first visit. She then brought us a tasting plate with meat and sides, which was a great introduction to the menu. It was tough to choose our sides because everything sounded amazing. I ended up ordering the Brisket and Rib Combo, along with their delicious cream corn casserole and beans, plus an additional side of potato salad. The food was incredibly tasty! We also indulged in the "ugly pancake," which was surprisingly delicious! We can't wait to return and try the seafood soon."

"I really enjoy visiting Fluffs. The food is always delicious, and we often drive 45 minutes just to eat there. However, I was quite disappointed during my visit the other evening with my toddler. The wait for our food was a bit lengthy, but I didn’t mind that. Unfortunately, just as we got our food, my toddler needed to use the restroom. When we returned, we found that our table had been cleared, and everything was thrown away. My toddler was upset and complained about being hungry again. The restaurant wasn't busy, and it wasn't near closing time, so I found it frustrating that our belongings were discarded without any communication. I’ve always highly recommended this place, but after this experience and the lack of an apology from the staff, I'm not sure if I can continue to do so."

"The service was friendly, and the food was tasty, affordable, and generously portioned. We got the enchilada verde and the chicken soft tacos. Their chips and queso is also delicious! Would definitely recommend! Vegetarian options: They have several vegetarian options, like bean and cheese tacos, bean and cheese nachos, and cheese enchiladas (hold the gravy). Kid-friendliness: There were several kid friendly options, including the chicken strips and fries that we got for our daughter."

"I had paid in cash to avoid a 4% surcharge for card payments, which I had to inquire about since it’s becoming common practice at restaurants, but that wasn’t my main concern. I chose the Tex-Mex plate without checking the price, as I've been visiting this place as a treat for years. I did notice that the tea was listed at $2.50 on the menu, but they charged me $3.00. The plate cost $14.50, which was surprising. The portion wasn't overly large or extravagant, and while the food was good, it wasn’t exceptional. It definitely didn’t justify a $14.50 price tag. It’s disappointing because I won’t be returning; I felt taken advantage of. I'm concerned that the menus haven’t been updated, or perhaps they just decided to charge more thinking they could get away with it. So just a heads up for anyone expecting the old prices!"

"I absolutely love their pineapple chicken. It's so delicious. I like to get the family order (roughly $20 for the massive portion and some fried rice) and I will enjoy it for 2-3 meals. Their portions are very generous and well made. They always have the most warm customer service. From what I can see, they are drive-thru only, but that's fine by me since I prefer to eat at home anyway. Highly recommend this place. You place your order and pay, then park in one of the parking spots. They will bring it out to you when it's ready.
