"I really enjoyed their Mexican food. Their shredded pork was really good. I had it in a chimichanga and was thoroughly satisfied. However, the steak was a bit too tough and fatty. Not so much that it prevented me from eating it, but enough tokeep me from eating it higher. The other short coming was the red sauce. It wasn't bad, but it was somewhat weak in regardsto flavor and spice level. My family enjoyed their meals as well, but weren't overly impressed. The one item that was trulyexceptional was their Mahi Mahi taco. It was, without doubt, the best fish taco I've eaten."

We had the Blackened Mahi taco plate and the pineapple teriyaki tofu taco plate, with black beans and cilantro rice. The food was delicious. Would recommend it for sure. Jawz is undoubtedly the friendliest restaurant in Maui, thanks to the welcoming atmosphere created by the owner and the friendly staff. I ordered burritos, nachos, and tacos, and each dish was outstanding. I was particularly impressed by the size of the burritos, which were perfectly customized to my preferences. The best part? The prices are very affordable, and they offer free water! I love supporting local businesses in Maui, especially those near my apartment.
