I had an absolutely fantastic time! The food was incredible, and the staff were wonderful. They were so friendly and attentive. I can't wait to go back!

From the moment we walked in, we were promptly seated. Elizabeth was our server, and she was excellent. The food was delicious; we ordered the seafood boil for two, and the sauce was absolutely amazing. We didn’t take any pictures

The food is quite good. However, I found the prices to be a bit high, and the added 18% gratuity was unexpected. I typically don't like to pay a tip when the service is very poor, but the service here was actually quite good, so I didn't mind paying it.

The food was exceptional. Our group of 15 was served quickly, and everything was hot. Most people ordered takeout, and I chose the fish sandwich. It was moist and full of flavor. Even the kids' meals were delicious. Everyone had leftovers to take home, so there was plenty of food left. Overall, we had a wonderful time!

We had a wonderful time celebrating Father's Day at JCC Food House! The food was incredibly fresh, and we all received special bags. They were very accommodating with my shrimp allergy, which I really appreciated. The restaurant has a designated entrance and parking for handicapped individuals, and the bathrooms are clearly marked and well-maintained. The staff provided excellent service throughout our visit!

We managed to stumble up JC’s while visiting Ft Walton Beach for July 4th. Our server was Stacy and she provided excellent customer service. She made recommendations regarding the menu that were spot on and everything we had was absolutely delicious. We had the Friday special and added sausage with the combined sauces with medium spice. Absolutely mouth watering. We are here for 3 more days and my husband is already planning on a second meal here before we head home. We would highly recommend JC’s to anyone that wants really good service, food and atmosphere.

This is my favorite seafood spot in the area, and I always come here. However, I've noticed that the customer service could use some improvement. This is the second time I've had a disappointing experience with service. The server, who I believe was named Chris, was quite rude. It felt as though I was being racially profiled. He was attending to a white family at the table across from me, and when he finally acknowledged me, he shouted from a distance, asking what I wanted to drink without giving me a chance to respond. When he returned to take my food order, he was spitting as he spoke, which was quite off-putting. He didn’t introduce himself or make any effort to be courteous—just downrigh... View menu
