"Absolutely the best restaurant we've been to in quite a while. Fresh seafood expertly prepared and served. Stunning views of the marina. Be sure to make a reservation. This place is in high demand. Pretty close to the quaint downtown of Sequim with an assortment of interesting boutiques including a tea store and a delicious cupcake shop. Dietary restrictions: All dishes are made to order, so if you have food sensitivities, this is a gold mine. They listen and deliver. Outstanding!"

"I ate here twice over the past weekend. If you are in Sequim during the lavender festival weekend, it's best to make reservations. I'm not sure about the need for reservations during the rest of the year. Everything is gluten free and the menu is clearly marked with Vegan options and fully vegan items. I had the Coconut Green Curry Bowl the first night and it was very good. It could have had more veggies, but overall it was quite yummy. I also ordered the Socca Flatbread and it was a bit strange, see more below. The second night I had the Very Veggie bowl and that was excellent. If you order the vegan Socca Flatbread, get it toasted (that's how it comes w the Veggie Bowl). It's much better. Not toasted it's a kind of an odd pancake texture. There are several tables outside and inside. The servers we had were both really good. They had vegan desert options, but I didn't try any. I didn't take any pictures, sorry! I would recommend this place if you are in Sequim. Menu changes seasonally ."

"We used to love this place, so I'm really disappointed. I wanted to still enjoy it. Our flatbread was gooey and mushy, and it came with bacon despite our order for a vegetarian option. The kitchen staff had long, unkempt hair and weren't wearing hats, except for one person who was wearing an orange cap. Additionally, there was a dirty cleaning rag inexplicably placed on the entrance steps. When we arrived, our online reservation couldn't be found. While the staff was friendly, polite, and attentive, they seemed a bit inexperienced. I would have simply replaced the flatbread immediately, given my background in the industry, rather than asking if we wanted a new one. Why ask if we want a replacement when we ordered a tomato basil flatbread but received a soggy bacon one drenched in oily barbecue sauce? I rated it three stars because the hot fruit cobbler a la mode and the Brussels sprouts were the highlights of the meal. I genuinely hope they can resolve these issues since we really want them to succeed and stay in business. However, I'm afraid I've lost hope. I'm done with this place, especially given their stance on public health."

"I had a wonderful dining experience here with my family, and everyone thoroughly enjoyed their meals! My father, who struggles with chewing, discovered a perfect dish in the Chile Verde, claiming it was the best burrito he has ever tasted. As for me, I tend to be particular about my Chile Relleno, but this one was exactly to my liking! My husband loved his Sizzling Fajita plate and the generous serving sizes. The kids shared a fajita burrito and really enjoyed the house rice! We can't wait to return and try more dishes the next time we're in the area."

"Alder Wood Bistro is wonderful! I read reviews when planning a trip and I am so glad that we made a reservation there! Everyone who works there is so beautiful and the food is amazing! Great if you don't have gluten. Your gf cauliflower crust 4 cheese pizza was amazing! (Even my teenagers who can have gluten loved it! And the Fritten... you have to get a page of Fritten. You're the best we had! Your desserts are beautiful and delicious. So a great place to eat! I wish we could take it on the peninsula!"
