"I’ve been ordering from Jerry Yum for more than eight years, both for delivery and pickup, and I've never had a bad experience. The food is always delivered on time, even on weekends. The longest I’ve waited was about an hour during a special event or the Super Bowl, but that’s understandable during busy times. They never asked for tips, but I always tipped generously for their convenience and prompt service. If previous customers had built a better relationship with this restaurant, they might have had a more positive experience as well."

Jerry yums is more like Jerry yuck my food was a disasters my chicken tasted like they was cooked in beer I can't even describe the taste it just sucked they get no ratings on this **** omg back to the bathroom I go

Their food is delicious! Every time I order my food is always fast, prompt, hot and great when ordered. I have no idea what the other 2 reviews were about but we either carry out or deliver and the staff is always friendly and the food is always good!

The food was delicious, but the delivery guy was extremely rude. I had trouble understanding him, and when I accidentally paid him 10 cents less, he banged on my door as if he were the police. I opened the door and gave him the dime, but he rudely asked for a tip. As I was trying to close the door, he even tried to stop me. I will never order delivery from Jerry Yums again! View menu

I'm from out of town and I went to jerry yums or should I say jerry yucky , I waited 30 mins for my food and I was ready to eat it and as soon as I are it the wings taste łike beer and smelled like somebody pissed over the chicken , i thought i had ranch for the hot wings but they gave me some creamy Italian , my stomach has been bubbling every since, I dont suggest nobody eats there

The food is good, but the staff—especially the delivery person—was very disrespectful. When he rang the doorbell, he did it wildly and then pounded on the door as if he were the police. After that, he had the nerve to ask for a tip, despite his rude behavior. When we didn't give him a tip, he threatened us, saying, "Next time you call, pick it up," and then left. It gets worse—he actually took his own tip and expected us to give him a double tip! I'm not returning until they address this issue.
