"After several attempts over many days no one will answer the phone now goes to a fax call, my spouce goes to Jerry's Cafe to tell them about the phone being out of service the waitress procedto to tell him they do not answer the calls because it take to much time! He proceeded to try and place a order in person and the same waitress said sorry are foods frozen and we have no one to prepare it nor do we have staff to keep up with the dirty dishes. The kitchen was visible enough for my spouce to see stavks of dirty dishes with dried food still stuck on them sitting on a prep table. My spouce observed the bar however was full and had two waitresses waiting on those customers. Please take down the website phone number as well as post on your restaurant door your not properly running a sanitary restaurant. False advertisements are illegal and Jerrys should be temporarily closed untill they correct all the issues or close your restaurant. We are not the only people who are disappointed with the lack of consideration for faithful loyal customers.."

I found a hidden gem, the negative reviews have to be from a competing restaurant IMO, great food, a great local bar/grill vibe, I will definitely be back, service was also as expected and a little about other bat/grill i have been to.

My home away from home. Food is delicious, and the drink selection is top notch. Yeah, service can be slow sometimes, but the ladies do the best they can with the crew they have. Wonderful place. By far the best bar in the county. I can't stand to go anywhere else. View menu

Jerry's is solid for a small town bar grill. The food is decent. The majority of the fried food is obviously brought in frozen, but the fried fish appears freshly prepared. The real standouts are the burgers you can't really go wrong with any of their burgers. Good selection of beers and ciders, and their cocktails are competent. Service is spotty, particularly if you're with a group, and occasionally less than hospitable. Overall, despite its flaws, Jerry's is decent enough that I'll continue to come back.

Unable to give a fair review because we never got served. We arrived about 1pm and there was nobody to greet us. We finally walked on to open air area and a waitress said that we ‘could sit wherever we wanted but they were short staffed and she wasn’t sure when we she could get to us.’ Never saw any other staff. We sat down and saw that there were about three tables near us that were empty and had not been cleared from previous diners. The plates on those empty tables were full of food that had not been eaten. That was concerning. We left. Outside we ran in to others having lunch there and they said that they had to wait for anyone to take their order and when the food arrived some in their...

"The food isn 't quite as stale as the decor was my response to the question How was everything , but the girl taking my payment didn 't get it. The exterior of the building is very misleading. It 's well taken care of, the plants are pretty, and the siding looks newer. Inside...it has the same decor as it did when it opened in 1969. We went because we were at another business in Orville and someone said that this place and the Amish place had a salad bar...we should have gone to the Amish place instead. We should of walked right back out when we saw the decor, and that the average age of the clientele was nearly dead. There are old menus badly framed on the wall going to the restroom and it looks like nothing much has changed in over 50 years. We had to pick through the lettuce to find some that wasn 't turning brown. The boast of over 60 toppings had attracted us...but there were nothing special about any of them. Most were prepackaged, nothing was homemade. The homemade bread consisted of a loaf of possibly freshly made origins (but maybe not made today), but it was badly presented on a side table with plastic wrap over it. The butter was in a dish that everyone had been digging out of, and was also of questionable age. The award winning soup wasn 't bad, but again the presentation sucked. The display cases and utensils all looked original from 1969. While at the salad bar I had to move out of the way because a waitress was loading a bowl for a guest. She didn 't say excuse me, just pushed past. I 'm a big guy and like a good soup and salad bar...I made one trip. That says a lot. Then there was the staff. They weren 't particularly unfriendly...but they weren 't very attentive. I know, we were getting the salad bar, and they seemed friendly to their regular customers...mostly old folks, who are probably the only people keeping the place in business. I looked at the food coming out and wouldn 't return for that either. For two of us we spent over $30...and it wasn 't worth half that."
