I had a positive experienceat Jersey Mikes. The staff had a good attitude. The cleanliness of the staff and restaurant was excellent. Most of all I love how the manager was very hands-on and not just observing.

I ordered a #8 and #13, both Mikes Way. When the sandwiches arrived, they were miserable put together haphazardly and had no oil and viniger. I ordered the #13 with banana peppers and I literally got 5 pieces on the entire sandwich. View menu

I'm not sure if there was an error, but I typically order the sandwich and get a smaller portion. Today, I ordered it the same way and unexpectedly received a large king sandwich! I'm not complaining at all, but I'm curious if it was intended to be that size all along and I've just been getting half-sized servings before.
