1st time at Jersey Mike's! Amazing customer service! Truly genuine people. So kind! Great sandwich! Definitely will be a frequent flyer!

I discovered small pieces of glass in my sandwich from my UberEats order. I realized when I couldn't crunch on what I thought was "salt". This is incredibly hazardous.

Ordered online, arrived there after 20 minutes. They made me wait extra 15 minutes in the store and while this time they served more than 10 ppl which they arrived after me. View menu

I didn't know it was possible to wreck a ham and cheese sandwich!!!Meat and cheese slices were paper thin.The whole thing was drowned in mustard and vinegar.Servers were indifferent or didn't care.

For the Economics of the location they’re in. For them not to accept big bills as in 50’s and 100’s because they get fakes is a bit ridiculous. Plenty of other places and smaller businesses that have stuff in place for that . Had to inconveniently use my card when I had the cash for the order .

I would give it a zero rating if I could. They wouldn't sell me a half of a sandwich when I didn't want a whole one because I wasn't very hungry. As a trucker, it's difficult to find places to eat, and when we do, it's frustrating when they won't accommodate simple requests like this. I used to be a big fan of Jersey Mike's, but the lack of customer service at this location has turned me off. I'll be looking for a small, local restaurant where I can get what I want. View menu

The favoritism here is so crazy… I’ve known someone pull a no call no show about 3 times loose his job and manage to still come back but when I’ve did the same thing one time I was fired.. the people stealing from the register and never getting any consequences but when I was fired I was a suspect for stealing lol this needs to be shut down the amount of rats I’ve seen running cross my crocs is so crazy I admit to taking chips and drinks but the amount of people doing the same thing and no consequences again is so crazy to me LOL

I had a negative experience at Jersey Mike's today. I was hoping for a tasty sandwich for lunch, but instead, I received a poorly made sandwich. The Business Manager, Joe, was rude and reluctant to toast the bread for my sandwich. Another customer in line had to intervene before Joe finally toasted the bread, but he did so aggressively and let it burn. Joe then assembled the sandwich poorly and did not care about my satisfaction as a customer. As a business manager myself, I believe that customer service should always be a top priority, which Joe clearly did not prioritize.
