Jersey Mike's Subs - Menu

I had a terrible experience with the rude bartender at this restaurant. He refused to give me a refund and instead charged my credit card for the bill. Eventually, he begrudgingly refunded me the amount. This happened on 2/21/2022 at 12:15 PM.

The girls working in here are amazing! They made.my caterbox just in time for a pop up meeting at work. Food was fresh! Tasted great! The three women working at the front were knowledgeable and well versed in the production also offering brief pleasantries. Cheers to you!

I don’t understand if you guys don’t start online or door dash orders till someone gets there to pick it up. I waited over 20 mins for a door dash order when I was told it would only be a few mins. After I checked in two other online/to go orders came in after me at least 13 mins after me. Both of them got there orders before I got mine. View menu

I went here on 1/21 to 8pm and no one was in front and I had just standing there for a while a few girls were in the back, but when they got up they apologized I got my food fast and I understand bc i work in eating too and the 2 girls did not make me pay for my order and I wanted to find her again and tip her bc they were beautiful and sweet and it was really not a big deal

The owners have instructed employees to not allow for substitutions. Unless it's cheese apparently, then it's okay. But DO NOT ask to substitute meats. It will take 3 employees collaborating for a minute or two before they inform you of this ludicrous policy. If I could give multiple one star reviews for such policy, I would. Don't go here or to the Lake Steven's Jersey Mike's, they own both.

Worst customer service ever. The place closed at 6pm and we walked in at 6:38 and Emma the shift mgr told my wife the hot subs were not available due to shutting down the ovens. Also told couldn’t toast the bread either.We proceeded to eat and also told by Emma that the eating area shuts down early for cleaning. I wish I could give it a zero. I just walked out of the smky. Point store of utter frustration after asking them to recut my roll...... TWICE!! And it was still crooked! Let me tell you when I say crooked I mean 45 deg.angle started at the top of the back ended at the paper thin bottom of the front. You wouldn't believe it. This isn't the first time that this happened here, they need to be trained better please.

I have to admit that I am a fan of Jersey Mike's and have always had positive experiences there, so I don't give negative reviews lightly. However, my recent visit was disappointing. I went to the restaurant after work at 6:30 p.m. on the evening of 3/11/22 to grab a sandwich, but was informed by the worker at the counter that they were out of bread, bread! While I was offered a card for a free regular sub as compensation, it was still surprising to me that a sandwich shop could run out of bread. It was frustrating and unimaginable.

Three weeks ago I had a sandwich at Jersey Mike's that changed my life, and I've thought about it every day since. I didn't have a particular order in mind, and Mason, one of the sandwich artists behind the counter, keenly noticed my indecision. He quietly suggested the philly cheesesteak sub. He seemed a trustworthy fellow, so I ordered a full size sandwich. He then let me in on a most delicious secret: order the cheesesteak with the chipotle mayo dip.
