"I visited for the first time today and was pleased to be greeted by a friendly African American gentleman. However, there was a young man with brown hair who took our order but then proceeded to make five subs before preparing ours. It would have been better if they had just said, "Please hold on for a moment," as it felt awkward waiting there. I felt like I was being impatient, but in reality, I was unsure of what to do. The staff spoke quietly, making it seem like I was supposed to understand their process already. Also, I found their prices to be a bit on the expensive side."

Ordered 2 subs and waited over 30mins for them. The prices were also crazy for some bread, cheese, and lettuce. They did seem under staffed and the employees were nice. I hope the owner is paying them a livable wage. I would not recommend this over Subway or firehouse subs.
