"On September 17, 2022, around 8:25 PM, I had an extremely disappointing experience at Jersey Mike's. I ordered my favorite sub, the Big Kahuna. First, I had to turn back because my sub didn’t have any of the toppings I had requested. Then, when I got home, I found the bread was stale, and the chicken was hard, dry, and tasted old. I've never encountered this type of quality at Jersey Mike's before. The girl with dreadlocks who took my order was unfriendly and unhelpful—there was no greeting, nothing at all. She simply said, "We don’t have white [bread]" without any further explanation."

The prices were slightly elevated, but the food made it worthwhile. The service was fantastic. It was the best sub I've ever had.

I received a text promoting free delivery so I ordered at 6:39pm with a 45 minute estimated delivery time (7:24pm). I called at 7:48pm and Jersey Mike's staff said it has been sitting there for a long time and door dash didn't come until a couple minutes before I called. And the hot sub was no longer hot by the time they picked it up. I called the door dasher and she was rude to me on the phone, then rude to my wife when she arrived at 8:15pm.
