Bought a 13 and 17 giants. They made the 13 mikes way without asking. Had to have them remake it. The 17 I wanted to add lettuce, they wouldn't let me. Place has gone down hill. Shame.

Michael creates the most incredible sandwiches and manages to serve several customers at once with a cheerful demeanor! The quality remains exceptional. I particularly love the sandwiches made with freshly sliced deli meats. If only I could purchase that amazing red relish sauce—it's fabulous! View menu

This restaurant is quite disorganized. The staff appears overwhelmed, which leads to errors. The soda machine needed a refill, resulting in a poorly tasting drink, and the bread was very stale. They really need to enhance their service, as they are not portraying Jersey Mike's in a favorable way.

Every time I order subs from this location, my family ends up disappointed because they don't put enough meat in their sandwiches compared to other places. I ordered the #2 and #8 subs, and both had a very disappointing amount of meat and cheese. It felt like a joke since there was so much lettuce and tomato. I ended up spending nearly $32 on lettuce and tomatoes. Overall, this experience was a huge letdown.

I even recorded a video because it looked a bit disheveled. Thankfully, I was able to fix it before it got worse. Just a quick note—please make sure that the sandwiches are wrapped correctly. What's the point of mobile ordering if the estimated readiness time in the app isn't respected? I usually order through the app because it's supposed to be quicker, especially since JM is always busy. However, I've been waiting for 30 minutes past the promised time, and while all the walk-in customers have completed their orders and left, mine is still not ready. The management really needs to address these issues with the staff. There’s no reason I should be waiting an extra half hour for a sandwich that should have been ready when I arrived. This has happened consistently every time I visit.
