"BEST Dining experience in San Antonio! I absolutely LOVED everything. We went there to celebrate my boyfriend's birthday and we were greeted by such a friendly and welcoming staff with smiles. We had the best seat next to the kitchen. It was great seeing the chef and students working together. I could see the excitement and passion in every dish they made. Our waiter was a fantastic guy named Brian. He was very cheerful, attentive, and helpful with recommendations. Sommelier Fabian was also fantastic! He was cheerful, attentive and educational...lol. I told him we were celebrating a bday and he surprised us with champagne. We had such a beautiful time engaging in conversation with both Brian and Fabian. Thank you! Thank you! "I placed an online order for a mushroom pizza for pickup. When I arrived 20 minutes later, my order was not ready. The only pizza they had available was topped with pepperoni, spinach, and onion. They offered to add mushrooms to it afterward, but the pizza was not even hot and didn’t have any tomato sauce. My lunch break is limited, so I didn’t have time to wait for them to prepare my actual order instead of giving me someone else's unclaimed pizza. It’s really frustrating when an online order can’t be fulfilled correctly."

"A delightful experience in every way. The staff is amazingly nice, knowledgeable and accommodating while the light-industrial setting is clean and sober. The food is truly delicious offering a selection of dishes for every taste profile. Particularly innovative is the option to “mix and match” from the menu in order to build your unique meal experience without overindulging or breaking the pocket-book; it’s a clever and lovely way for the kitchen to showcase it’s abilities. Wine pairings were spot-on and superbly accompanied our food choices."

"Only negative was a large party celebrating a birthday that was extremely loud and disrupting all other diners at the restaurant. Caused one table to move further away and noticeably upset diners at two other tables nearby. Seems like for such a nice establishment more could have been done to not have one party cause others to enjoy their meal a bit less. Otherwise our meal was delicious."

"This is in the top 5 of must-do experiences in San Antonio. The drinks they make you are amazing, using fresh ingredients and adjusting it to whatever flavor preference you can come up with. They are delicious and beautiful (and sometimes on fire). Excellent place to take anyone for an entertaining show and excellent atmosphere. It is as close to a west coast vibe this city can offer!"
