"As usual, I am so excited to dig in when my meal comes, that I forget to take photos to share. My dining experience is always the most anyone can hope for at Juniper Grill. Our waiter Jack was attentive and ensured that our experience was pleasant and flowed with ease. The Ahi Tuna Wonton: the tuna was seared perfectly and was paired nicely with cabbage spicy sauce. My only complaint was they were difficult to eat. Once you bite into it, it crumbled into little bits. My dining companion ordered the Smokehouse Platter. The meat was tender and flavor filled. I had the 8oz Filet Mignon, Medium rare. JG is one of only a few places to get that right. The chefs here know what they're doing. We didn't notice the one little hiccup once our dishes came to the table. It was addressed immediately and we were surprised there was an issue. We're forgiving people, and, it did not affect our rating of the evening. I've been to JG many times, this was my companion's first visit. We're already planning to return in the near future. Juniper Grill is worthy of every star we gave them."

"We visited Walnut for the arts festival and decided to try this restaurant for the first time. We went to the rooftop area to eat. There was only one waitress and one bartender on duty, along with a table of eight already seated and a few other patrons. Soon, it got quite busy. I ended up having to go to the bar to get my margarita, which the waitress had ordered, and my husband’s Coke had to be brought up from the floor below, arriving flat. We waited so long for our food that we eventually left without eating. The two staff members seemed overwhelmed, and no one from the main floor came to assist. The service was terrible, and I blame the management for this. If they had better prepared for the crowds associated with the arts festival, our experience may have been much better. Unfortunately, we will not be returning."

"Tried Ginny 's for the first time tonight and we were impressed. When we arrived, we were told that there was a 30 to 45-minute wait. Looking around, there were multiple tables with reserved signs. So, we considered going elsewhere. To our surprise, after about 10 minutes, they seated us. Our server was very attentive, they took our orders quickly and checked on us frequently. We chose Dr Peppers and a side salad each. For the main course, we chose a traditional 6-cut pizza with pepperoni and sausage. Our salads arrived first, which were a mix of fresh greens, Roma tomatoes, shaved parmesan, dried cranberries, and candied pecans. I thought it was great with Caesar dressing I ordered with it.What seemed like 15 minutes later, our pizza arrived. At first glance, I was impressed by the large pieces of Italian sausage and the doneness of the crust. The crust was light and crispy, with the right amount of chewiness. The sauce, cheese, and toppings were great too.To sum up our time here, we loved the atmosphere, the service, and the food."
