"Today some of my closest friends decided to meet up at Jilly's today to try the French Onion soup that they compare to Famous Barr. It was most definitely not. We waited at the table for about 5 minutes not knowing we were supposed to come up to the counter to order food. There were three associates standing behind the counter one was on her phone and we asked are we supposed to come to the counter to order one said yes. We ordered our food and drinks and sat down. When the food came we tried it. We were very disappointed on looks and taste. As I turned around to look at the people that surrounded us, I noticed a white male sitting behind us. He was reading his paper and enjoying his food and drink. I did notice he was drinking out of a clear tall cup with lid we were only offered coffee cups and nothing more. We are all Black Americans so I felt some type of way about little things I noticed. No one asked us if we needed anything else for a minute. We chatted about the food and service. Soon after, a tall white male came out and asked how was the food I didn't say anything a friend said it was ok with hesitation not trying to hurt anyone's feelings. He asked would we want cupcakes or dessert. We said no. No other tables were asked how things were for the remainder of our time there. He soon left our table with attitude and tried to slam the door when walking to the back. Will I return? Absolutely not!"

We ordered 14 dozen for a work party and they were phenomenal. The flavor was amazing, cupcakes were so moist, and the frosting was to die for. Debra was amazing to work with. If I could give more stars, I would.

I liked the Gooey Butter cupcake as well; while it wasn't the gooeyest I've had, it was still good overall. However, I wasn't a fan of the incredible sugar high that came with eating at Jilly's—it was definitely a sugar overload!

Still love Jilly's just as much (the biscoff cupcake is my new favorite! and my friends were so impressed with my birthday cake they're beginning to order from here too! Here's the cake my friend has now requested two years in a row (and now I at least have an annual gift to get her .

I was sadly disappointed with my apple snickerdoodle cupcake. I wish i had taken a picture of the middle because it was supposed to have an apple pie filling but i only got a small morsel of an apple. It was as if the filling was an after thought. If i purchase a filled pastry, id like to have filling in it. View menu

I visited Jilly's for some ice cream and cupcakes, and it was a delightful experience. The cupcakes were fresh and absolutely delicious. They also offered a fantastic variety of ice cream flavors. The service was outstanding; Deena and the other staff member at the counter were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.

I Met A Few of My Friends At Jilly's Today Fot Their Alleged FAMOUS BARR RECIPE FRENCH ONION SOUP. But It Most Definitely Was Not. It Wasn't Even Close. In Fact We Did Not Even Finish The Soup. The Staff Was Not All Friendly. Our Initial Plan Was To Have The Soup CUPCAKES. Everyone Was So Dissapoitnted Displeased. I Was The Only One In The Group That Purchased Cupcakes. In Spite Of The Poor Service, Howeve r We Will Not Be Returning. ‍

I'm really disappointed to see that Jilly's has a rating of only 3.6 stars! We've been visiting this place for almost 16 years, and we've only had one bad experience. Jilly and her staff are incredibly friendly. I ordered a strawberry milkshake-flavored cake for my daughter's 16th birthday, and it was absolutely delicious! It tasted so fresh and looked stunning! Plus, their cupcakes are extraordinary! They've even won the Food Network's Cupcake Wars three times! View menu

I ordered custom cupcakes from Jilly's for my friend's bridal shower and I have to say I was extremely pleased with my experience. The cupcakes were absolutely delicious and were ready to go and perfectly packaged for pick up. The service I received was also top-notch and I really appreciated the attention to detail that was put into my order. If you happen to wander into Jilly's without a specific order in mind, fear not! Their walk-in cupcakes are just as delicious as their custom creations.

It started off positive experience with my event at Jilly’s the information I needed I was given. Slowly over the next 3 months it became more difficult to get all the information even with direct questions, it felt like questions were only half answered. I think the most frustrating part of the experience was that I was initially quoted it would be $X per person for food and that included beverages when I agreed to have my event in the space, then after the deposit sent. I was informed they increasing their prices which I understood, but it wasn’t communicated to me until less 3 weeks before my event that drinks would no longer be included in that cost. Overall it was almost a $9 a person c...
