"First off, I LOVE the food. Pizza is always good. But on this particular day, a young girl was more interested in her conversation with someone at the window than helping customers. A major attitude with people on the phone, very RUDE. On top of that, her hair is not contained.....whoever she is, she ruins the atmosphere for your business. Now to top things off, in an attempt to place my pizza in the box, this same individual flipped my pizza in half so the tops were facing one another. As she is rearranging it back to its normal way, I noticed the pizza wasn't cooked. I made her bring me the box, picked up a piece and everything slid right off. Now I'm pissed, thank God for Chris, he came to me and said he would remake my pizza and would make sure it was cooked. He did A PHENOMENAL JOB. THANK YOU CHRIS!"

I ordered from Jimmy's Pizza for the first time today during lunch and I was pleasantly surprised! The pizza was absolutely delicious! I mean so good! The customer service was also quick and very friendly. I will be a loyal customer from now on!

I called to place a pickup order just 23 minutes before closing time, but I was rudely hung up on after being told they wouldn't be making any more food for the night. When I called back to ask for the manager's name, I was informed it was Giovanni, who mentioned he was one of the two managers. I believe a more professional approach from management would be beneficial. It's shocking how customers are treated—Giovanni, if this is how you handle things, your job might be at risk. I won't be attempting to order from here again due to the poor customer service I experienced.
