"I think the restaurant needs to regroup and update the experience they provide. Everything was unorganized and felt outdated and hectic. There was a table at the very front, in the lobby, with condiments and spare flatware piled up—like someone’s parents’ messy kitchen. We waited for shapely ever for someone to take our drink order or at least bring us water and I finally had to beg a server to bring us water. The chef was fine, but maybe phoned it in a little. The ventilation sucked—we waited at the table for over an hour before our orders were taken and meal prep began and our eyes were miserable from the heat and smoke. I’ve been to this restaurant and their other location many times—it just seems like they’ve lost touch and have forgotten to try to deliver a great dining experience."

Great food and service! One of my favorite hibachi restaurants in DFW.

great place as always, a little noisier that usual today, but overall excellent.

We have gone to the one in Lewisville. I had requested recognition of my husband’s 87th birthday. That did not happen. They had done that several times in Lewisville. Thank you. View menu

Terrible ventilation. The whole place was filled with smoke once everyone stated cooking. At least $10 more per plate than the menu on the open table. Usually do these types for the atmosphere. Didn’t see one cook say a word to the tables.

We came to Valentine's Day and it was a great experience! The food tasted amazing and the ambience was great. It was a very stylish yet funny time. We had a little problem with our food, but the server handled it quickly and efficiently. Definitely will come back

The cook was not very friendly like all the other times at the restaurant; he barely spoke to us. The waitress forgot things multiple times and some things requested to a long to be provided to us. The atmosphere was good, the food was decent, not excellent like on other occasions. View menu

After reaching there, we had wait for 25 minutes to get the table. The service at the table was awful. Received my drinks after ordering 3 times. The Lemmon pepper chicken was dry and chewy. Only good thing was the Hibachi making in front of you. I am sure there are many better places than this.

The worst service I have ever experienced. The chef was obviously on some sort of substance, throwing stuff around, didnt even cook the rice. Burnt the meat and the onions. We didnt eat ANY of it. When we asked to speak to a manager she said we had to pay anyway. We said that nothing was cooked correctly and we werent going to eat our food so we would not pay. She called the cops on us and once they arrived she took the burnt food off our bill. WORST management.
