Joe's Italian Ponchatoula

Joe's is truly a hidden gem! It's so underrated! I've never had a bad experience there, and the food is consistently packed with flavor!

Everything about Joe's is excellent. The stuffed mushrooms are enough for a meal and delicious! The shrimp and artichoke pasta was wonderful. Make sure to get the dipping sauce for the bread.

DEE-LI-CIOUS!!! Stopped here with my fiancé on the way home and so glad I did! She had the Veal Marsala with Fettuccine noodles and I had the chicken Parmesan with spaghetti noodles. Exceptional quality and outstanding staff! I want to share why I'll keep returning. During Hurricane IDA, this restaurant not only provided free meals but served delicious ones at that. It's important to support local businesses, especially those that truly care. The food here is fantastic, and I've only visited twice – I can't wait to come back! A special shoutout to my waitress, Anna, who was incredibly sweet and attentive. She ensured that I was well taken care of and never let a dirty dish linger on the table. She deserves a perfect 10/10 for her service! Thank you!

Highly recommend this place I wish I could remember my. She was very nice like I said don't remember her name but I know she had a nose ring and her hair was blonde in the front and dark. I told her to surprise me with a dish she gave me a trio had chicken ravioli and a steak filet the steak I swear it is the most tender steak I've ever had I seriously thought I was cutting butter will definitely be going back to this place anytime I am in town. I wish I could remember the waitresses name. If you're reading this review and thinking about going somewhere else don't do it go to Joe's happy.

The service at this restaurant is fantastic! The staff is incredibly polite, and Leila and her sister-in-law are especially charming. The bathrooms were clean and well-stocked. The food is outstanding—way better than Olive Garden! They even offer complimentary bread and butter. For an appetizer, I tried the stuffed mushrooms, which were delightful. For my main courses, I had chicken marsala and spaghetti, paired with a glass of chardonnay and a unique Italian margarita (a cone with a shot of amaretto). The stuffed mushrooms were definitely my favorite, with their crispy stuffing. The spinach sauce was also delicious and perfect for dipping the complimentary rolls. View menu

We orded stuffed mushrooms, chicken romano, veal marsalla and oil to dip bread. The bread wassome of the best I have ever had at a restaurant. The stuffed mushrooms were good. The chicken romano was spicy, as they said onthe menu, but not overly so. It was excellent. The veal marsalla was very good. Our waiter, Braden, was as good as I have everhad. When our waitress returned, we placed our dinner orders and inquired about the Artichoke Dip, only to learn that she never actually put in that order! After a lengthy wait, another server finally delivered the dip but quickly walked away. We were left unsure of whether we should have chips to accompany it or if we were meant to use the bread that had been on our table for a while, most of which was already gone.
