Way to pricey . $21 for a turkey burger fries and no drink.

HORRIBLE, the workers are so rude and disrespectful with me and my family.

They informed us at 5:32 that they were closing, even though all the signs say they close at 6. View menu

I love the people that work there. They always finish my food early and it always tastes fresh and flavorful. The atmosphere is friendly and welcoming. I go there often and haven’t been disappointed once!

Food was bad. Dry really dry burgers. Fries over cooked like if it were cooked twice.the guy at the register was rude to at least 4 costumers that were behind me. I ordered trough the screen. But very bad experience over all. Their sheiks were over sweet and ask and pay for chocolate syrup on mine but they did put it on. When I asked he said they didn't have.

I ordered at the kiosk because there was no one available to take my order in person. I am 6 months pregnant and there were plenty of seats available for me to wait/ eat when my order was ready. The server told me I could not sit there unless I was dining in so I said I would just dine in when my food is ready. When my food came out she told me again that I could not stay there to eat. The restaurant used to be excellent, and while the burgers are still decent, the chili fries were a disappointment—the sauce tasted bitter and burnt. The milkshakes were just average, consisting mostly of mediocre ice cream and a lot of syrup. On top of that, the prices have skyrocketed; a meal for two cost us $40! To make matters worse, our waiter seemed disinterested, never smiled, and was curt with customers, which really detracted from the overall experience.

This location used to be live and fun, now you have people who do t want to be there. We dealt with a really rude man at the register and we didn’t even end up getting a receipt. The price he told me and the price I had on my credit card were not the same. I’m not sure who’s overseeing this location but you’re doing a terrible job. Your employees are overcharging customers and ignoring us and making us pay a service charge by using the kiosk to pay. There were metal flakes on my onions which were concerning. This place needs a health inspection amongst other things. Do better..

The counter was a complete mess, filled with leftover food and drinks. When I tried to clear a space to sit down, a server came over to inform me that I couldn’t sit there, even though two other girls were already occupying the spot. My food was ready and sitting in the window, but they didn’t call my name—even though I had placed "Trish" on my order, as you can see on my receipt. My meal just sat there while people walked by, thinking it was theirs. I won’t be coming back! I was hoping for a nice day out with my son, but this experience was disappointing. I thought it would be a nice trip down memory lane since I hadn’t visited in a long time. View menu
