"The atmosphere was also lacking; the waitstaff no longer danced, and instead of the classic 50s and 60s music we expected, they played songs from the 80s. Overall, the experience was disappointing, as Johnny Rockets has lost its original charm. We ordered a burger, a hot dog, and two milkshakes, but the food did not live up to expectations. The burgers were paper-thin and greasy, and the hot dog had an unusual taste that we didn't enjoy. On the bright side, the milkshakes were delicious—particularly the chocolate malt, which I'd rate five stars. Unfortunately, I wouldn't return. It's disheartening to see something so special and unique transformed in a way that diminishes its nostalgic appeal. Johnny Rockets was a small piece of the comforting 50s era that we could hold onto in today's fast-paced world, and now that feels lost."

First time here and LOVED it!! Our server, Jamaal, was amazing and what a sense of humor. I wanted to put him in my to-go box. LOL the food was absolutely delicious! I will be back.

when you visit a place like Johnny Rockets, they make you feel right at home. Wonderful customer service. Ordered milkshakes that were so good, followed by a Philly that was amazing and my other person had a chili dog with fries which was so good shesaid. Great job Johnny Rockets! I visited today to celebrate my son's birthday, and it was a fantastic experience. Our waiter, Jamal, was outstanding—he brought us refills before we even finished our drinks! Plus, he made some fun ketchup art for my son on his plate, which was a nice touch. The burgers were absolutely delicious too. Overall, a great time!

It was only 3 people in the restaurant so I decided to get lunch there. The food came less than 5 minutes. So I said to the waitress that was quick. Yeah it was that quick because I think they gave me left over food. The fries was warm and the meatdidn?t even look real, with a greasy bun.this is not the JR I remembered. Unfortunately I won?t be back. The food wasdisscusting.

My favorite place to take my family when it comes to dinning at the mall. I miss the days when they were in the old location in the shopping center because I like them with singing and dancing along with the music. The food and the atmosphere are always excellent. This place deserves more than 5 stars? From managers to servers everything is great. I recommend this place to all those I know who visit Syracuse. View menu

My favorite place to take my family when it comes to dinning in the mall. I do miss the days when they were in the old location in the mall because I how they used sing and dance along to the music. The food and the atmosphere is always superb. This place deserve more than 5 stars? that how great is. From the managers to the servers everything is great. I highly recommend this place to everyone I know who come visit Syracuse.
