I introduced myself with honesty and integrity, not trying to get over someone. just to be completely honest to inform the so-called manager renee that my ochsentail had sooo much fat on it. I told her that eating was delicious, outside of the mac n cheese are not made right and the bark pattie is super crispy, dry and hard. she acted as if she wanted to help and I told her that I did not look for financial compensation but can do something about my experience. she tried the defensive roll, she tried to compare herself with others without listening thoroughly! I told her I came from the north, Guyanic culture had earlier Jamaican cuisine and many other cultures and she tried to insult my intellectual. as I tried to explain, I never paid 20 plus for a ochsentail escape, always then get mainly fat! the point is the cost and quality not fit! that is the point, it is not the money, it is the quality. she started to act as if she had taken care of it, then she tried to tell me that she removed all the fat from the ochre tail from the distributor! First it is impossible to remove all fat from the ochs tail! She tried to tell me the color of the fat as if I didn't know the difference between fat and meat! I told her I was pregnant and didn't want to go back and forth instead of fixing the problem she tried to spend time as a defense. after more than 60 plus to eat 23 plus per unresolved and they speak müll! I will never recommend or support such a business. they even threatened to report fraud if I objected to the complaint for lack of services. it shows only the amount of ignorance on her part know nothing about the business! 7 eleven bark pattie taste better than her bark pattie’s, it tastes like frozen bark pattie’s from the box! this is a banging version of Jamaican food! Don’t waste her money if you know how genuine Jamaican cuisine tastes! it is not! skin, dry and fat!"

first day in florida I stopped here to eat something. I have the curry chicken with rice. it was really good. next time I want to try the ochsen dicks. I recommend this place if they are looking for some Jamaican foods

I've been here for work and have ordered from this restaurant three times in a week. The curry goat is incredible. The beef patties are spot on. The jerk chicken is juicy, flavorful, and strikes the perfect balance of taste and spice.

Could have been better. The oxtail should have been made with jerk sauce. It tested bland without it, really not flavorful at all. As for the rum cake, I took a couple of bites and had to put it away. In all, a waste of money. I personally wont order this item from here again.

They Do Not except on line orders!!!! I tried and my Order was not ready nor did they have a record that I placed an on line order. The line was so long so I decided I couldn't wait since I was just visiting. The food looked amazing too bad I couldn't try it and I had to get my Order cancelled get refund from Grubhub.

I took a look at the desserts and noticed that one of the Rum Cakes seemed either tampered with or was a different size compared to the others. As a result, I ended up not eating anything because the meals were not prepared as I had ordered, and my appetite diminished. I do appreciate that the Express Deals are smaller meals at a lower price, which is a great alternative to fast food when I'm not in the mood for a large meal. However, I felt that because I opted for these less expensive options, the proper handling and preparation of the food was lacking, despite spending $38 including tip. I was genuinely very disappointed.
