"I visited this restaurant for the second time and was disappointed with the entrées both times. The fajitas were too spicy and lacked flavor, while a friend's mole dish was also not up to standard. The food was average, not great, but not terrible either. However, on my first visit, the tableside guacamole was excellent and the chips and salsa, especially the salsa, were delicious. Our server was friendly, and the back room, despite being near an open doorway, was private and could accommodate a group of 8-10 comfortably. I was not a fan of the way they handled closing time, as instead of giving us a friendly reminder, they repeatedly dimmed and brightened the lights, which felt immature. One positive aspect of this restaurant is how they celebrate birthdays, which is worth coming back for in a group. However, I personally would not return on my own. Additionally, the parking situation should be reconsidered, as the handicap spots were further away than the pickup spots."

The salsa at this restaurant is excellent, I wish they sold it. The service for dining in was great. We went for dinner and the price per person was between $20-30. The food, service, and atmosphere all scored a 5 out of 5. I recommend trying the Chicken Fajitas and the Table Side Guacamole. View menu

Surf turf burrito is my favorite. The rice is amazing. Mexi papas are also really good. They can be spicy so if you don't like spicy,, order it without jalapeños. The bacon chorizo tacos are also really good. The dreamcicle margaritas are with a try. Tableside guacamole is really good. The kids chicken tenders and fries are also really good and kid approved. The salsa here isn't my favorite. Service: Dine in

I recently had lunch at this restaurant and it was an amazing experience! The price per person was between $20 and $30 and it was definitely worth it. The food was top-notch, I would rate it a 5 out of 5. The service was also exceptional, I would also rate it a 5 out of 5. The atmosphere of the restaurant was great, another 5 out of 5. I highly recommend trying the Tequila Shrimp Tacos, Hurricane Surf and Turf, and the Churros. Overall, a fantastic dining experience that I would definitely go back to.

"This restaurant was really trying to be the third coast by dumping the entire ocean 's worth of salt into their dishes. I have never been so thirsty in my life the day after I ate here. With the number of great reviews on top of the beautiful interiors, I had such high expectations for this restaurant that I happily brought my partner and his father (who traveled from out of the country to visit to the restaurant. Imagine my disappointment and embarrassment for bringing them here, only to be given overpriced and oversalted food. The only redeeming factors of the restaurant were the interior design (absolutely gorgeous , the potholes (delicious but still salty , and our waitress who served us in the mezzanine on 10/8 (I forgot her name, sorry! . When we first got our appetizer--the mushrooms, we were literally eating a spoonful of salt at a time. I RARELY send back food, but I had to send the mushrooms back before the dish induces any hypertensive emergency among us. After we got the new mushrooms dish after telling our waitress we wanted just 1/4-1/3 of the salt, the dish still came back extremely salty and the waitress said the cook apologized for ACCIDENTALLY DOUBLE-SALTING THE DISH. I 'm sorry, but WHAT. All of our subsequent dishes then tasted all just like salt without a hint of other seasoning. I wasn 't sure if it 's because our tastebuds were so skewed after eating so much salt that our remaining dishes just didn 't taste that great. It was just salty. Anyways we walked out with a $260 bill for three people which was outrageous for this quality of food in Milwaukee of all places. I 'm not sure how people are raging about this restaurant. I have sworn to never return and have told others to avoid going to this restaurant altogether. Opt for somewhere else for better quality food that 's actually worth the cost."
