"EDIT: Juice Press has contacted me. In fact addressed my concern the same day that I had and voiced my experience. I appreciate them acknowledging me and working with me to make future experiences better. I went up a star for JP emailing me and I willchange my stars when I eventually go back! Bad customer service experiences stick with you for life. I would know. I rememberwhen Yard House spilled a pitcher of water on my dad and didn?t apologize and when the friend of the owner of Sweet Waffle Bobawas racist. Anyways don?t ask Juice Press for a cup of ice or for an iced drink. It?s apparently such an inconvenience. Theperson making drinks today at noon was not happy when I ordered an iced matcha and he made it hot. And then I asked for a cup ofice to remedy the initial order being an iced matcha. I was given such a bad attitude that it made me uncomfortable and feel badto the point I didn?t feel like I could ask to get my drink remade after he reluctantly gave me a cup 1/3 full of ice."

I frequent Juice Press for protein smoothies, and they?re always ready at the promised time (I order online), and they?re always delicious.

I absolutely love everything about this restaurant. The combination of healthy and delicious options is amazing! I have enjoyed everything I've tried so far, with the raw oatmeal being my favorite.

Serious juicing smoothies found here reminds me of those old time pharmacies that used to sell natural remedies before big pharma came around and messed up the natural flow of things. My new go to place to feel better! *Tip for management please put recycle bins and the acai is way too frozen it was good but it froze my teeth eating it. View menu

I live in southern Massachusetts, but I?ve now made it a point to stop at Juice Press in Chestnut Hill whenever I am in the area because of the quality of product I receive there. I was introduced to them through the Too Good To Go app. I purchase a grabbag of random products from their store and I have been very pleased and surprised by the quantity and quality of goods that Ireceive. The staff has been very kind and helpful. I will continue to support them!

I am thrilled about this restaurant and the Blue Magic Bowl I am enjoying. I had to write a review, not only because of the delicious food but also because of the amazing service I received. The woman with blue hair who works here is incredibly kind and welcoming. She clearly cares about the food and providing great service to customers. I have seen her interact with several people and I am impressed by her respect for her job and the people she serves. That's all.

Overpriced and not fresh! When I asked one of the baristas if everything is made fresh they explained that most of their ingredients are powdered including their raspberries which is marketed as fresh fruit. The almond milk is powdered, too. I paid15 dollars for powder and frozen banana. I?ll stick to a smaller local juice bar where ingredients are actually made fresh.Wanted to buy some juice as well but it sss expired by 3 days!. The young girl who took care of me was nice at least but neveragain

I just had one of the most greatest experiences at the Juice Press in Chestnut Hill. I am still amazed and never mind employee of the year, I vote Michael as Human of year. I walked into the store and ordered a smoothie and when asked I told Michael toadd the best protein you have because I am visiting my mom in a nursing home. Michael said to wait one second and handed me abag filled with soup for my mom. I couldn?t have thanked him enough. A super human with kindness that the world needs more of.

"I haven't been here in several years and this place has changed the menu since then. They used to serve crepes, but it seems like that is no longer on the menu. I miss the crepes they used to serve, but this place still seems like an excellent local coffee shop with sandwiches.Service: I was greeted promptly as soon as I walked in even though the worker was busy making a drink. They take your name when you order at the counter in the middle of the cafe, and they call out your name when your individual items are ready to pick up from the counter. They do not serve dine-in orders within 30 minutes of closing. There are tables on either end of the cafe, but not much, so don't expect a seat during peak times.Coffee: Served as is, the hot latte was foamy and velvety without any bitterness. Even though my order was to go, I was surprised to still see latte art when I took the lid off.Food: I ordered the Otom sandwich, which includes egg, bacon, cheddar, lettuce, tomato spicy aioli, on your choice of bread. I chose to have on an everything bagel, which had a perfectly substantial amount of chewiness. The egg was overcooked and dry, but the rest of the ingredients, like the tomato and the aioli, covered up the dryness. The spicy aioli is mild but does add a nice small kick to the flavors. It is a fairly greasy and messy sandwich thanks to the bacon and aioli, so be sure to have a couple of napkins on hand. Overall, it was delicious."

"Went on a Saturday afternoon, and it was empty. The interior has a lot of cultural decorations. They also have a mini shop selling merch and some ingredients for their dishes. Our server was friendly, and the food was brought out in waves, in a reasonable amount of time. Pickled Tea Salad $12.85): Had to get this because it is one of their signature dishes. It was a bit too salty, but I enjoyed it overall, especially the crunchiness of the nuts. However, the price is expensive relative to the preparation effort also considering that you can buy the ingredients from their in store shop for cheaper). Chicken Plata $9.75): The flatbread was very good. It was kind of like a thinner scallion pancake. The curry was also pretty good. Coconut Chicken Noodle Soup $14.25): The broth was creamy with a deep coconut flavor. The noodles were soft and had a starchy aftertaste. The chicken was overly salted and not plentiful, and the egg was just there. Golden Chicken Noodles $14.25): This was basically a brothless version of the Coconut Chicken Noodle Soup. Rainbow Chicken Noodles $14.25): This was a unanimous favorite of the noodle dishes. The sauce was slightly sweet with a subtle kick. My friend also paid an extra $2 for a chicken fritter. I did not try it, but she said it was crispy and good. Rangoon Iced Tea $4.99): I did not try this either, but my friend liked it—said it tasted like Hong Kong milk tea. They sell the powder for this in their in store shop as well.Overall, the food was pretty good but didn't quite live up to my expectations after all of the hype that I had heard. I also feel like the prices could be cheaper. However, Yoma is still worth checking out if you're in the area!"
