Charge extra for convenience of ordering online is ridiculous. Good deal now makes it harder to order food. It's more convenient for management with self service ordering.

You should double-check your orders before sending them out. The beef with string beans typically includes beef, but we were disappointed to find it lacking. Everything else was good, but the absence of beef was a letdown.

I've visited this restaurant several times, and everything I've tried has been excellent. Their lunch specials provide great value, including a protein, an egg roll, and rice. The food stayed hot even after a long-distance delivery! The dishes we ordered were simple but delicious, and the kids really enjoyed them. I only took away one star because the reviews indicate that the customer experience can vary, and the owner's responses often seem defensive. I genuinely like the food, but a little humility would go a long way.

I was extremely disappointed by my experience at this restaurant. I pass by it every day on my way home from work, and I thought I’d give it a try. First of all, the dining area was messy and dirty. Secondly, I had to wait five minutes for the woman in the kitchen to come out and take my order, and she was apparently wearing her pajamas. To top it all off, I found a hair in my fried rice, which was the last straw for me. This place definitely needs a visit from a health inspector urgently.

The food was ok I had the orange chicken with steamed rice. To be totally honest I like Panda Express orange chicken better. It just tasted weird and I spent $15 on it. I wouldn’t be shocked if it came out that the sauce was old it just was weird tasting ??‍ The rice is ok. The serving size was decent. I called in and tried to place an order apparently they don’t even take orders over the phone which seemed weird but that’s ok. My coworkers ordered from this restaurant last week, and I was too upset to share my thoughts at the time, as I would have had some unkind words. I ordered hot and sour soup, but it was overwhelmed with vinegar and red pepper flakes, making it inedible for me. I enjoy spicy food, but this was just too much. The steamed chicken dumplings and fried beef dumplings both lacked flavor and had an unpleasant odor reminiscent of a dirty dish rag—likely from the staff cleaning nearby with a worn cloth. The sauces that accompanied them were indescribable: I’ve never tasted anything like them, and certainly not in a good way.
